Silly update on that UAG clear blue pathfinder case I have on my 17 pro max... I did get a warranty replacement really quickly when I reported the issue with the glue holding the back to the sides coming apart lol.

It's been 6 months with that case now and the phone still looks new. (I had the lonli edition leather case from october until the end of february). There's been some drops lol. Most of the drops in the UAG case. I'm amused that something so flimsy does such a good job protecting the phone.

Edit: As much as I was disappointed in how the leather on that lonli case held up, I'm more amused at how someone put a Caudbe Sheath cause in a box and it discolored. That you can't just buy one from amazon/walmart/any other regular local store and they still cost a fortune and they STILL have numerous problems is pretty sad.

Probably the MVP are those $10 clear ESR cases.

I will also say, the regular 16 and 17 are DURABLE phones. My oldest brother has had both since launch and still carries around the 16 for some silly reason as a backup. He drops those things all the time. Sometimes he uses these stupid cheap amazon wallet/book cases that barely hold the phone,... and I've seen the phone go flying out of the case. Neither phone has gashes or cracked screens lol. I'm not sure how.

Then again, he was brutal on his 13 and that had a LOT of scratches and the glass never broke on it either.

I imagine it's sheer luck but I am beginning to feel like the only way these things get broken is being run over by a car.

Put a matte black plateau skin on. It actually looks really good with that Bullstrap case lol

I’m done buying from Caudabe. After I wanted the Paragon in Orchid so badly, but kept getting defective cases. And that wasn't the first flawed case from them either. The quality doesn't justify the price at all. Shame.
My black Paragon Precise arrives tomorrow, which I only ordered because of soon-to-expire reward points. Hoping there are no defects, but not confident of that at all (in my experience it’s about a 50-50 chance). I’m also curious about the screen lip; if the sides are lower than the screen protector, it’s a no-go. I just realized I’m not sounding very optimistic here… LOL.

I just got one with my reward points and I think I'm going to return it. The back is too slippery for my liking. I also didn't find it that less bulkier than the Sheath, which is another reason I was interested in trying it.

The reward points need to be claimed before they expire but not necessarily used right away.

Once claimed you get a discount code that doesn’t have an expiration date, it only expires once used.

I see a lot of people here saying they felt obligated to buy from Caudabe because of the rewards expiring.

I got my 30% discount code and won’t use it until I get my next phone.
