I agree.

That’s not the ‘proper’ Origarmour

It is. In Europe the lite is not available. I got a second OrigArmor as Backup which I bought in December and the new version has a cutout for the speaker and is smaller. I don`t know why. I ordered one more and it is the same.
It is kind of disappointing.

I read a lot complaints about this screen protector. Are you sure that it's good?
Of course everyone has a different experience, but in mine, I haven't had any trouble. Kind of expensive for a "what if" though, so if you're skeptical I wouldn't bother.

It comes with 2 screen protectors right?
A lot of the screen protectors released this year have faults. I think it's one of the those things where you have to expect flaws.

We should never have to expect flaws. It should be incidental. But here we are. Anyway, yes, it does come with 2.

This Benks glasswarrior is really really nice.

Super smooth and great in sun light
I’m thinking about trying that one, just bummed that they didn’t leave the full dynamic island piece in non-matte glass and decided to just leave the camera circle non-matte. Not sure I like that look.

Yeah that put me off trying that one too.

And the reviews of losing screen clarity; which is a given with a matte protector I suppose.

Give the glasswarrior a go. Im happier with it that I was the Origarmour, so far.

If you're looking for a solid cheaper option I found one. This has better coverage than even the Origami, but the AR and oleophobic coating seem to be a tad worse, but pretty close. Considering the fact you get two for $18 in the US, I'd say this thing is definitely worth a shot.

What is the best screen protector currently for the 17 Pro Max, especially when using a rugged case like the dBrand Tank or Beats Rugged?

My New Origarmor is going strong.

Touch wood no scratches so far.
Hmm I put one on my phone 2 weeks and it’s scratched to hell. It was the updated one too with no speaker cut out. Maybe they accidentally sent you one made of sapphire

Benks sapphire glass update. Been on a week and so far, a lot more durable than the Origarmour. Not a mark on it. Have been away this week too so phone has been in and out my pocket like no tomorrow.

Has anybody tried this one

JETech Infinity AR Screen Protector for iPhone 17 Pro?

Reviews look good but not sure if it the black borders covers the screen and how good the AR is on it.
