In what world is the Apple logo being repositioned a "key feature?" 🤣
Keeping people happy is one thing, innovate - a totally differentYup... with Apple manufacturing 600,000+ iPhones per day (on the average), every day of the year, to keep their 1+ Billion active and repeat active customers happy.
While continuing to make Apple one of the most successful consumer tech companies in the world. And irritating those that believe Apple is doomed and not able to innovate (yet again).
Bear in mind that the titanium was just a thin coating on an aluminum frame.Seriously is a joke downgrade from titanium to aluminium.
I'll take this one. Aluminum instead of titanium or stainless steel is a downgrade in terms of the premium materials we're used to unless it's aircraft grade aluminum or some other special alloy Apple has devised....Please clarify.
A joke ?16 pillars of innovation! My #1 is aluminium frame. Finally! I was waiting for so long!
People are overreacting, people are gonna throw cases on their phone anywaysAbsolutely disgusting if Apple downgrade to aluminium from titanium![]()
..and we think you're going to love it.This year will be the best iPhone ever made! Lol
TLDR: aluminum not as cool or lux but may be more functional. There better be a good reason.
Does same as most anti reflective screen protectors thoughI was ready to skip this year, but the anti-reflective might get me to get a smaller Pro since Samsung is only putting it on their chonker.
Why not make the phone from cardboard?, people would throw a case on it anyway.People are overreacting, people are gonna throw cases on their phone anyways
If true, that's absolutely insane. The one thing Apple can't skimp on are their Pro products. People buy these things because of their luxury qualities. Holding out hope that they have a very good reason for the change and a special aluminum alloy for Pro models.I think there i$ one big rea$on.
It's Tim's spreadsheet ... and we are all just pawns in his game of "make number go up".
True but it still made us feel good, like our money went towards something 🤣Bear in mind that the titanium was just a thin coating on an aluminum frame.

Dead serious! After using titanium, aluminium frame is a much needed innovation! Finally! More that aluminium I want plastic…but I can imagine tech is not there yetA joke ?
Well aluminum is lighter than titanium and steel, but a larger battery is also expected. So maybe we’ll stay in the range of the current models.how’s the weight? my 14PM is heavy
…now, here’s Craig to tell you all about it…Craiiiggggg..and we think you're going to love it.
No one cares how many devices they make a day. That’s like saying people are buying water by X number of gallons a day and soda companies are doomed.Yup... with Apple manufacturing 600,000+ iPhones per day (on the average), every day of the year, to keep their 1+ Billion active and repeat active customers happy.
While continuing to make Apple one of the most successful consumer tech companies in the world. And irritating those that believe Apple is doomed and not able to innovate (yet again).
It's amazing how many of the "new features" are just padding and filler.
Downgrade
Upgrade and a feature
Rearranging the deck chairs
Who cares?
Good to see. More color options is always better!
Also good and definitely a feature.
New year, new chip.
Table stakes
Also good to see, as the OS continues to be an ever growing resource hog.
Good.
Who cares?
And "moving the logo"?
Why is that a feature?
