Yes, the entire phone will be 1/2 an inch thick! The new iPhone Brick, 3 day battery life though! LOL!
Funny thing with the Silicone case it, it's almost that thick.

I still don't think we will see a fold next year, couple years I could see. I think we might see a titanium/aluminum mix for strength and heat. Incremental upgrade with cameras, better sensor in ultrawide. I'd imagine a new battery tech at some point though I don't know when (Sodium or Graphene). If the Air is back it will have 2 cameras.
A Pro a bit thinner, with a bigger battery that equals the PM of a few years ago (let's say PM14), a weight of around 170g, and I am sold. A workhorse in a smaller package to be clear.
Or, an Air 2 with a much bigger battery (4200mAh), better cameras (x2) and still super light and thin. For this, I would pay top dollar.
