Things I like to hear. The 17PM is too light feeling for me and it is coming up on the time I will have to part with my 14PM which is holding on for dear life after 1 charging port replacement, 1 battery replacement, an OLED screen with pretty noticeable burn-in, still stuck on lightning instead of USB-C, and only 1TB of storage…

The rendering looks like the camera does not stick out as much as the current one?

All of you wanted this now you get it with the Air existing. Which I own. I picked up a Pro the other day and went holy chit this is a brick.
 
Every time I pick up my wife's iPhone 17 Pro I'm glad that I went with the Air. The Air is the best phone I've had since the iPhone X.

Would've been nice to include the 17 Pro Max's weight here for comparison.

Looks like it's 233g, so a 3% increase in weight.
 
Just as with cars, food portions and houses, most Americans seem to like their phones BIG. It’s what they naturally gravitate to, given a choice and they can swing it financially. Are there exceptions? Of course. But they are exceptions that prove the rule. And I post this as an American. I don’t make the facts, I just report them.
 
I prefer the Pro iPhones but if I were to upgrade I would go to the non Pro 18 as they are usually lighter (and cheaper).

But I'm not really planning on upgrading, my 15 Pro does all I need.

That’s how my 15 Pro Max started out. Wait a couple years 🥲
 
A friend of mince regrets picking the Air, he hates the battery and camera setup

I told him "well next time do your homework"

But it is nice and light tbh
