iphone 3.1 does it fix the Wi-Fi issue

Yeah, this is my issue too. Both of my roommates have 3g iphones without any problem connecting to my router, but my "new-to-me" 2G iphone won't detect any wifi anywhere unless just out of the freezer?! Anyone know wtf?

The freezer test shows you have a hardware failure. Get a new phone.

Yes. I have the same problem. I'm resigned to this being a hardware issue.

Come July I will have a new phone...
