Its not JUST about the size of your hand, a bigger screen would also mean having to re-write EVERY app in the app store.

And that's a problem for you how? Doesn't seem to be a problem for android developers. They do it for many size screens so either it isn't a problem, or it's not going to be a big deal to make them for one different iohone size.

How would a bigger screen require a rewrite of code? As long as the display resolution stayed the same the software would know no difference.

Do you think there are multiple versions of Mac OS that you have to use depending on what size monitor you have? :D

get your common sense out of here! there's no place for that in a fanboy thread.

As some of us noticed, everything seems pretty crowded on the screen now, especially after iOS 5. I think a bigger screen would be nice, not too big however. :p

For the longest time I wanted an iPhone with a bigger screen and then I got the iPad. Now the iPhone's 3.5 screen is sufficient for me. If an iPhone comes out with a bigger screen i'll buy it no doubt. I'm not mad at Apple for making this decision. It is what it is and i'm happy. Heck going from a 3GS screen to a retina display is a huge step up for me in screen quality at least.
