Apple YOU SUCK - Shipping to billing address ONLY?

I'm pissed as Apple will only ship to the AT&T billing address...

Apple have you ever heard of a company phone? Have you ever thought, in all your arrogant ways, that an employee of a BIG company might not pay their only phone bill and thus the billing address is in a different State? Has it ever crossed your mind that this causes HUGE problems?

I don't want to go to your store.. your stores suck as I need to stand in line with a bunch of annoying fanboys who have nothing better to do that stand in line for a phone. I have work to do... but i guess you don't care...

This is it.. I'm sick of this crap... I bought this phone and I'm done.. next phone is a Google Phone...

Screw you Apple.. you just cost me a day and overnight shipping...

Learn to appropriate your customers and not just give them what you think they want...

does any know how it works if you are on a family plan? It said I was eligible for an upgrade, but the right hand side appeared to be signing me up for my own contract. I would like to stay on my family plan and simply add the iphone and data to my line. any help is appreciated. :apple:
 
Gee AT&T, have you learned nothing about us Mac/iPhone users in 3 years? We bumrush the orders at the first possible second. How could you not ensure your systems could handle the onslaught, especially when you consider is is 1:00 AM (4:00 AM EST). The load is certainly lightened by the time!!!!

Perhaps I should just consider myself lucky that ANYTHING ever works when AT&T is involved and resolve myself to hours standing in line at an Apple Store.
 
The problem for me in the UK seems to be the basket. As soon as I click on that, I get an error. Even if I am in the front of the store and hover over basket, it throws an error at me! I have my card ready for the money too.

Great, so now we know UK PAYG prices:

£499 for 16GB
£599 for 32GB

Yikes! So I can pre-order one of those now from Apple (after my recent iPad purchase, no thanks!)

Or I can wait for one of the UK networks to break its silence... And I reckon the O2 store website will go down in minutes like usual after "unprecedented demand" :rolleyes:

Jeez... how difficult can it be to ask to get the iPhone 4 on day 1 with a UK contract..?

Good. Go bother Google then. Theres nothing more annoying than snobby customers who feel like they're entitled to everything their hearts desire.

OK, NOW IVE GOT THREE DIFFERENT BROWSERS OPEN TRYING TO GET THIS THING GOING....if i cant get it going at 3 in the am then when can?
 
I'm having the same problem with it timing out. I just want to pre-order it so I can go to bed!! Have to get up in 5 hours!

I am stuck at what to do. I really want the white 32GB one.. and this is making things unfortunate for me. I'm headed out of the country in a few days and gonna sell my 3GS when I'm gone.. i don't get back until july 1, so like 10 days after the iPhone launches when it will be pretty hard to get the Phone just cruising into a store.. and thus i'll be without a phone for an indefinite amount of time.

THIS SUCKS (for me, i suppose).

Me too, been processing for 20 minutes. Do you think we should hit back and try again or will it ever go through?
 
Got to the place order button.....pressed it now I dont know whether I have or havent been charged the 600GBP.....
 
Aaaah I wake up early ready to pre order, money in the bank! BUT I cant order the one I want!!! GIVE ME MY WHITE IPHONE :D

UK prices are sky high as usual £499 for 16GB and £599 for 32GB but they will be open to use on any network straight out of the box.
 
Error

I had to settle for an appointment at my local apple store due to an error. The appointment states that they will have the phone ready for me at 7:00 am.:D

Um, you're part of the problem, not part of the solution. Close 2 of the browsers and stop shafting everyone.
