Can someone explain to me what scrub rate is?

Whats this high speed to fine scrubbing, what is that?

It's how fast your current position in the track advances. It can very useful when you're listening to long podcasts that and it's difficult to get the position to a specific spot.

When you're a 1x scrub rate the position moves at a 1:1 rate with your finger across the screen. At .5x it moves 1:2, of 'position movement':'your movement'; and then the .25x is 1:4.

Oh my god. I never knew double tapping the space bar puts the period for u. So cool. Ive been using the phone for about 6 months now.

Not sure why but the holding down the '123' key to quickly type a number and then go back to the keyboard doesn't work for me. It stays on 123 even after I lift my finger up. Tried it in Messages as well as Safari.
