I'm very much excited for the exceptional photo quality as well the performance/battery life offered by the A4.

One needs only to use the iPad to know how excellent battery life will be in the iPhone 4.

I hear sprint evo can almost get ' an hour's worth of "playing games, surfing, YouTube and Google Maps" '

He is not a fanboy, he is too emotional. He is an emo-droid. :D

They're called "fandroids". And I'm just someone looking for a worthy phone. They dislike my opinions of the EVO on that official forum because I pointed out its faults (poor video and camera in bad lighting, questionable build quality, idiotic 10 dollar EVO upcharge each month, and HTC has never shown any signs of wanting to update the OS in a timely fashion). And my opinions of the iPhone aren't all that welcome here (horrible OS, insane amount of dropped calls, Apple controls all choices unless you jailbreak, perhaps the worst carrier in the US). My wife is getting an iPhone 4 (my persistence in getting her a home delivery for the 24th paid off), but for me I'm most likely going to simply get a Go phone and an iPod Touch if the Touch comes out with the same screen, battery life, and processor.

are you kidding me

Hmmmm, I stated the EVO takes great pictures in ideal light and awful pictures in bad lighting. Yeah, I can see where that would be misconstrued as being an EVO fanboy. You're a bright one.

And as for that video. Ouch. Great colors, but awful, jittery panning, just like in the official Apple video. Won't be replacing my cheap Flip HD.

Half of what you post here contains some type of rhetoric about the Evo, dont try to be "cool" and call me a bright one as if you put me in my place.

Still don't like photos and videos from a mobile phone... I'm kind of quality freak.
I like the phone but unfortunately I'll never use those gimmicks...

The youtube version has been degraded by youtube. The original source file looks much better.

I LOLed so hard at "horrible OS" - dude, just get a 5 year old RAZR and go home!

And why would you want an iPod Touch that runs the same "horrible OS" as the iPhone?!?!?!

That's about 20 minutes more than my 3G iPhone and 3G Touch.

Could you at least make your taunts make sense? The iPod's battery is stellar compared to the iPhone's. You make it clear you've never used one when you lump them together like that. Stick to making fun of the stuff you have experience with.

Both useless for audio, I guess. The EVO has better coloring but appears to be running at a much lower FPS. The 2nd video isn't from an iPhone 4 though.

They are both from iPhone 4 -- The 2nd one is the one from the article.

I agree about the audio, colouring, and the FPS difference is very noticeable.

60fps perhaps?

Apps. And access to every single book my wife has purchased from Kindle and iBooks. If I wanted a great OS, I'd get an android phone.

Video quality looks amazing at 720p. The camera has really come a long way since that of the original iPhone and the 3G (I had both, but currently possess the latter). I do have some concerns about storage capacity getting eaten up quickly though. I, among many others expected a 64 GB model. But then again, how long videos are you really going to shoot on a cellphone? Many perhaps, but not long ones.

I'll get the 32 GB model and hope for an upgrade in capacity early 2011 or earlier, as was done with the orginal iPhone in feb 2008 (8 -> 16 GB)

If one are to believe the excessive demand for this one, getting a hold of one before the all get sold out is going to be hard.

Haha, Well, You wont do a photo shoot with the iphone but the camera is certainly not a gimmick, LOOOL.

No they don't. Stop being a fanboy. The EVO in perfect light takes amazingly good pictures. The EVO sucks in low light. We still don't know how the iPhone 4 fares in low light, but considering Apple hasnt bothered to take any and show them off, it can be assumed that it too sucks.

Then explain these. These are Evo pictures:

The first one:
The bright colors are washed out, the greens lack definition, and there is a sh load of noise in the picture.

The second one:
I don't know where to start. So much noise my ears are hurting, the whole picture lacks definition, and there is a major lack of detail on anything.

They are both from iPhone 4. The 2nd one is the one from the article.

The video of the EVO vs iPhone 4 is a sample of the Evo, and then a sample from a camera or some other phone, but not from an iPhone 4. The video of the grass is from the iPhone 4.

Use dropbox :), When ur memory is full, upload to dropbox and delete from ur phone, U don't need a computer to transfer :)
