I'll give it a shot. I'll be a little while since I've never done it before.
EDIT: It's your lucky day! I managed to find a simple tool in another thread that will do this for any wallpaper (apparently it works better with darker ones)
I got board as hell tonight and wrote this in php let me know what you all think take a url that is not a attachment on these forums and paste it there then just copy the picture and email yourself the link or click the Email Link button...

Can anyone make this in to a wallpaper for my iPhone and in HD??

I gave it a shot. I was able to find larger high quality versions of the images, and resized them. Due to the size of the original images, I wasn't able to just resize them to 640x960. To keep the images from getting distorted when resizing them, the closest I could get was, 640x832. Then I just increased the canvas size to 640x960, and positioned the image, so the top and bottom bars are transparent. The last image I was able to photoshop, adding content to the top and bottom of the picture.

- the status bar stuff (MaBell, 36%, etc)
- the stuff in the middle of the screen (days, temp, weather, etc)
- home button symbol at the bottom of the screen
