On the white iphones, I think black or a darker color would look better than plain white, for contrast.....
 
So I got my replacement silicone bumper piece and this one is defective as well. The once looks really cheaply made compared to the original one and the raised edge is not raised enough to create a groove for the hard plastic band to sit flush so the hard band is now bowing out along the bottom and sides so it snags on things in my pocket because of this. :(

Man I just want one that performs and looks the way it's supposed to! So I contacted them once again to see about just returning the whole thing.
 
That's horrible news. My replacement is being sent out later this week. Hopefully I get a good one :/ Do you have pics of your stained version?
 
Here is pics of the discoloration, hard to see with the yellow hue of my lights but compared to the hard plastic you can see there is a major difference and that was 4 days after I got it.

I ordered another white one for my girl and it had black spots AND the screen protectors are missing. Been emailing SGP back and forth and there giving me a hard time about the screen protectors. Im going to have to ship it back to them so they can exchange it. This is not good customer service.
 
I was told that I need to send mine back too. I said tht I could not be without a case and asked if the replacement could be sent first. She agreed and is sending the replacement and pre paid shipping label to send my defective silicone back. Strange how there is no consistency with customer service. I'd kind of like to keep my silicone in case the new one is like the one described by iphonechick.
 
You all seem like some high maintenance customers. Things change with time and usage - White doesn't stay perfectly white, especially silicone. Set your expectations to be a little more realistic.

"I cannot be without a case!" - how is that SGP's fault? They are already sending you a new one for no additional charges or questioning - sounds like perfectly good customer service to me.
 
How is it unreasonable to send the replacement first so that I have a case on my phone then I send mine back?? I've experienced this with a few big name companies. Then in the event the defective part is not returned, your cc is charged accordingly.
 
I don't think I am being unreasonable for wanting a replacement for a case that has turned light brown in 4 days after getting it. Seriously?! I paid $31 for a case, I should get more than a week out of it and then the replacement is made differently from the original and not even made right, so it doesn't fit properly.

They have been great as far as customer service but the problems I am having with the case is just not acceptable.

High maintenance? So I buy a product that states it comes with front and back screen protectors and I don't get what I paid for. Plus the Silicone is discolored out of the box. I think not! I shouldn't have to pay any sort of shipping for anything!!
 
SGP has requested I send back both, the original and the second one that didn't fit right and they will ship out a completely new case to me.

I had to send them pictures showing the incorrect fit but that is fine with me. Great customer service so I am happy! Can't wait till I get the replacement, I miss using this case!
 
I received my Satin Silver on 11/26 and haven't had any problems with it since then like other posts above. No discoloring. I would recommend it.
 
Awesome! I wish I had the same luck. I am now waiting for the 3rd replacment because the second replacement they sent out was for the Neo Hybrid not the Neo Hybrid S2 so it didn't fit right.

Man, I wish they would get it together. I am glad you like yours though!
 
i got mine now for 16 days and it looks very good, like the first day!
I have to say that im watching out a bit bs i dont want the white sillicon to get dirty !:p
 
Well I got my 2nd replacement today and they messed up again! They sent me the wrong color now! They sent me the Tender Blue instead of the Infinity White, and they want me to pay the return shipping once again to get a new one sent out! I had to open up a dispute on this one because that is just craziness right there!

I am not paying for their mistake again!

I like there products but their customer service is bad!! I ordered a second infinity white and it was discolored and came with no screen protectors. I contacted them several times and I got a response stating that they needed pictures of the packaging. I emailed them pictures an they responded saying they shipped out a replacement silicone and screen protectors.....been 2 weeks and nothing in my mail box and no shipping info from them. Last time I order from SGP!!

Wow are you serious? Based on all the posts I have made in this forum you think Im trolling LOL. You need to do something better with your time and get your facts straight. You know what they say about folks who ASSume.

Product looks good as advertised but the discolored silicone makes me think someone mixed a bad batch. Looks like dirty silica and poor dye ratio.
 
Wow your replacements are coming quickly. They sent my replacement 8 days ago and still haven't gotten it. I am in Indiana.
 
My tracking just updated. Sent on the 8th and it JUST left Los angeles today. Wtf.
 
Well they decided in my favor and gave me a courtesy refund. So I now have a brand new Tender Blue Neo Hybrid S2 that I think is really ugly because it is more turquoise that blue.

I'll probably never use it and I don't want to reorder for the white one.
