I got my replacement silicone today and just like they did to you, they sent me an infinity white for the Neo Hybrid EX AT&T version. The cutout is interfering with my silent switch. Sent an email to them tonight so i'll see what happens tomorrow. This is kind of frustrating but I friggin love the case. Love the way it looks and love the way it feels installed.
 
just got this case. the hard piece of the case feels loose around the phone. is this normal? not like it's going to slip off, but when i push on the sides i can feel that there's space between the silicone/edge of the iphone and the hard case.
 
It moves ever so slightly like literally "unnoticeable". How bad is it? Should be pretty snug. Putting the hard frame on should have been really hard.
 
it wasn't too difficult. i guess it's slight, but i can feel it and even hear the clicking of it when i squeeze the sides. maybe i'll just leave it near a heater or something to see if it shrinks down.
 
See, this is a mess! Another person posted on their FB page about the same mistake. What are they doing over there because someone is not paying attention to detail!

^^^ I received another replacement silicone and this one is the right one and it fits perfect. They put up a little fight to work with me but in the end, they did the right thing and I am all set.

They shipped my replacement out today and told me I don't need to ship the discolored one back. Great customer service from them! Be prepared to send them pics of the damage though.

They finally contacted me back...didn't really like their answer...


We are actually out of replacement white silicone bumper. We only have black
silicone bumper
Available for replacement.

Will take about 5-6 weeks.
 
Ask them for a whole new case and offer that you'll send your whole case back and they should send you a pre paid shipping label. Be professional and make a good argument about your case and politely request one. Good luck.
 
How's your replacement going guys?

I just ordered an SGP Neo Snow in Infinity White :eek: hope I didn't make the wrong decision... Although It comes with the best screen shields out there so I guess it's ok. :D

Well they decided in my favor and gave me a courtesy refund. So I now have a brand new Tender Blue Neo Hybrid S2 that I think is really ugly because it is more turquoise that blue.

I'll probably never use it and I don't want to reorder for the white one.

Are the volume buttons on the hybrid painted a metallic colour or are they metal like the apple bumper?
 
Has anyone used this case with Ghost Armor? Any problems?
-Looked around the forums but couldnt find what I was looking for.
 
I use it with SGP crystal front/back and phantom skinz side skins. No issues. I wouldn't be too confident about ghost armor or urethane style glass shields though. Would probably bubble.
 
Could you guys tell me if this bumper's headphone opening will fit some bigger headphone plugs? I have an Apple bumper and because it's rubber, it can stretch to allow my Beyer headphone plug to fit. Is the neo hybrid material similar to the Apple bumper in that it can stretch?

There is a polycarbonate outer shell so that means you cannot stretch it. And the opening jack is really small. If the plug is even a little bigger than the stock apple earphone it would not fit.
