iPHONE <4S> Neo Hybrid 2 SNOW

So mine just arrived today so here s my opinion!

It looks really good and i love the silver white combo on a white iphone, it feels exactly like a normal bumper but not slipery at all..

It s a bit annoying to put it on the phone bs it a bit tight but nothing speciall, when its on the phone its a bit loose, when u try to move it from the sides its leaving gap so i dont like that much, it feels no good..
the buttons work perfectly and a normal charger and jack would be ok..

Finally i think overal its an ok case but nothing special for 30 dollars, i had more ecpectacions but i think with a 10euro bumper off ebay wouldnt be any difference..
My most problem is that is a 2 piece bumper mayb thats why is also a bit loose, but thats my fault bs ii knew when i ordered it..

Im not dissapointed at all , just i hope it would b a biy more tight :p

I hope at least the white silicon parts dont get easily dirty!

Yup this is what I posted a few pages back after about 4 days. I contacted them and they asked for me to send them pics so I did. They are sending me another silicone part to replace it. They said it shouldn't be doing that and that it is defective.

I am going to wait to get this one and see if it does the same thing. If it does I will be getting my money back and returning it.

Mine has discolored as well. It's weird that it's the front side and not the back (which is the side it's always sat down on). It's like it discolors in my pocket or something? Can you give me a direct contact emailaddy of the person you talked to? Thank you
 
I contacted them through their ebay page and this is the email address that they have been using to respond to me sgpebay@gmail.com I first posted a message about the problem on their Facebook page and this got their attention very quickly, they then told me to contact their customer service and since I purchased through their ebay site that is where the contact started.

If the replacement discolors then I will just send it back and get a refund since they have a 30 warranty against defects on their cases.
 
I don't understand why people think this silicon is any different than any soft white colored or matte white case

Glossy polycarbonate white is the only way to go...like the incase slider
 
Because they said the silicone is stain resistant and it is coated with a hard glossy coating. This is the only reason I gave it a try. I stay away from basic silicone cases because I know they pick up stains easily along with dirt and lint.

I think the only way they can fix this is to actually use glossy plastic and not just a coating along that exposed white edge. Let us know how the replacement goes:)
 
Yeah you are right! I am back to using my Switcheasy Nude case for now but when the replacement get's here I'll let you know.

FWIW the graft I just received isn't perfect either...the guys who mentioned spending 100s on cases only to realize naked + applecare are right
 
I saw those new SNOW cases, but didn't like the white rubber, afraid it'll look dirty after some use. So I ordered the Neo Hybrid EX case for iPhone4S, gunmetal color.

This is the first time I use a SGP case and I am impressed. Easy to install, good quality, and really really like the snug fit. Hopefully that means dirt won't get into the grooves and scratch the antenna unlike other bumper style cases. Only minor negative is that the gunmetal color Neo Hybrid EX is bumper is matte plastic, so somewhat slippery compared to the glossy plastic colors, which might give more grip. But, I take care of all my stuff, so chances of dropping my phone is slim.

Two thumbs up for the SGP Neo Hybrid Cases! :D

P.S: Hmm, I just checked on SGP store and they stop selling the gunmetal color I bought...

I thought it was WHITE silicon, but from the looks of it, its YELLOW w/ some black dots. :rolleyes:

I emailed them last night about the discoloration and haven't received a response yet. Has anyone contacted them via email and how long did it take for a response?
 
I got a response the same day about the discoloration, but I posted on their Facebook page first and got an initial response. I think that is what you should do first. When comments are posted publicly they answer the complaint right away because others can see them.

They shipped my replacement out today and told me I don't need to ship the discolored one back. Great customer service from them! Be prepared to send them pics of the damage though.

I really hate that for you. I've had mine for about 10 days now. I received it in excellent condition and it hasn't gone through any discoloration as yet. So far this is one of my favorite cases. I think they would probably send you out a new one right away if you send them these pics. GL!
