figures...att sucks ass like usual. Big blue button that says pre-order on their site. Takes you nowhere.

Kinda feels like when I tried to get 2 phones from them for iPhone4. 22 hours and 18 phone calls of my time later with AT&T still no phones....their system created 5 temporary accounts in my name and no one could tell me why. Essentially making it them impossible to ship me 2 iPhones. 4 calls to executive customer service office of the president to get everything straightened out and I still got bills for 4 months for phones I didn't have and phone numbers that were still on Verizon!

Now I have 2 vz iPhones and am happy as can be...Just trying to save my poor mom from waiting in a line or getting up at 3am, which is also proving to be useless.

Lucky i'm doing this for my mom and not myself because I wouldn't even consider pressing the button on AT&T. I can't give them my money anymore.

at&t's site doesn't show it when i search for pre-order in shop, just iPhone 4 8GB, and when i check upgrade eligibility:
