Can't get into the Apple Store site or AT&T site.

On the AT&T site, I just keep reloading the eligible upgrade phones. Have an 8GB 4 and a free 3Gs staring at me....just waiting for a reload to bring up the 4s. Hey...look, a Galaxy S II.....
