What are you referring to...the speaker phone or the other speaker?

I think it could be both. But for sure the speaker phone speaker.

I too have noticed that the speaker phone and the volume seems a lot crisper if that makes sense and a lot louder to me definitely

I'll agree that the audio quality is improved. Not just the volume, which has been point out before, but the range is a lot better and closer to the iPad 2.

I just unboxed my new white iPhone 4S and noticed right away a tiny chip on the top right corner! Anyone have the same thing?

Yes, I've got the same problem but on the top right corner as your looking at the back of the phone! Post some pictures!
