iPhone 5 Available to ship:2 weeks / Delivers Oct 5

i dont understand how my phone has been in KY since 1:23am yesterday, but JUST got the import scan while some of you got there this morning and got it already.
 
Finally released for pickup. Ran down the street to grab it. The saga ends and I'll make sure all my "pre-orders" are in person now or with the carrier. Heck, even walkins did better.

I know about what's going on at Foxconn and it's not right. You're right, IF Apple really kept their word I would have my phone by Oct 5th, so im not complaining. What seems to have upset many people on here is that UPS sent out an email with incorrect delivery times which made a lot of ppl take the day from work for nothing. They'll get over it when they finally get there phone and this thread will be closed by Oct 5th.

EXACTLY, its not my problem whats going on at Foxconn... theres worse things going on in the world than foxconn if you want to go there... but anyways, taking a day off work when your tracking says its ready to be there (UPS technically never let me know, and i was supposed to pick it up 30 minutes ago) but its still in CHINA, SHOULD BE A BIG DEAL, if you dont like it don't watch this thread, OBVIOUSLY....

Worst experience I have ever had with UPS. I wish I would have went with Fedex (if I even had the choice).. Atleast it's on the way to the US... hopefully.

Edit: Hoping it's on UPS flight 63. If so it'd go to Anchorage then leave there and get to KY about 1am Eastern.

Interesting. My wife's arrived at the same time in Louisville, and it's still there. I talked to a rep, and she said that it will be delivered today as scheduled, but I don't see how.

Now, I see an import scan at 11:41 am today in Louisville.
 
For the phones in KY since 1:12 am. People who are finally getting import scans, I think those all US bound phones. The batch for Canadian phones has no import scan update. Probably
need to head Canada first. Don't know when though.

All fellow Canadians please put any update here for activity after arriving at KY.
