What was the date you received from Apple in your ship email? I bet it is 9/28 delivery.

Spoke with UPS CSR. She said my phone is still scheduled to arrive today, but cannot confirm whether or not that will happen since it has not checked in at my local UPS service center. In short, she has no idea where it is.

I talked to UPS chat earlier and they said, "At this point I would recommend you continue to track the package. The deliveries were staggered between today and tomorrow, depending on the time it left Alaska. It may still arrive today. But I don't have further information at this time."

I just got my import scan in Louisville a few minutes ago. It was scanned at 11:11 am (this was my first update since arrival 9/26 at 1:23 am).

It still says it's supposed to deliver by the end of the day, but I think that's a long shot. I don't think it has to catch a flight to get to me, but it still has to get to my local UPS and then on a truck.
 
Anyone here bought from Verizon 9/16 or later have any tracking numbers yet?

This is ridiculous, seriously.

Packagetrackr.com seems to be going backwards now. After UPS updated with the import scan and delivery for tomorrow, packagetrackr.com then said my iPhone was back in Korea and wouldn't be delivered until Monday.
 
I found when I am logged into ups (free membership) it will just say Friday delivery day.

When I am not logged in it will say Friday by end of business day. Seriously hoping it gets here before I leave. Would hate to have my phone waiting for 3 days.

Could always ask if you can go get it at the depot.
 
same boat as everyone else. arrived in ky at 1:23am on 9/26, scheduled delivery today in orange, ca. interestingly enough, i got an email on tuesday saying that it will be delivered early on 9/26 and i checked the status and it said the same thing. then a couple hours later, i checked again and it said 9/27. and another thing, i chatted with ups earlier today and after the chat, i got an import scan today at 12pm in ky. i chatted with them again just in case the guy i first spoke too didn't know what he was talking about and i got pretty much the same answer, but import scan got updated to 12:16pm. so i wonder if they'll put a fake update every time you chat with them just to please you a little.
 
I'm just another lurker who finally decided to post here. I had to 2 iPhones that sat in Korea since 8:30pm 9/25. They finally just left Korea at 11:56pm today.

Not sure when I will get them. UPS still tells me today (ha ha ha ha), but the original Apple email said the 28th. I have a feeling it will be the 1st, because in no way can they clear customs and be in Knoxville in 24 hours?

Forgot to mention that my original scheduled delivery time, quoted by UPS up until 24 hours ago, was 9/27 :eek:

Moot point now, happy to (by all accounts) be receiving mine tomorrow.

Can't tell if you were actually thanking us, or being facetious, but since I meant no harm by my comment regardless, you're welcome.

Hope everyone gets movement/updates/iPhone 5s soon.

See I did too, but I don't see that anywhere? Where exactly on the tracking page do you see it? Under "Scheduled Delivery Updated To: Friday, 09/28/2012"?
 
Estimated Delivery?

I'm trying to get an idea of when to expect mine to be delivered.

I ordered mine from Apple on 9/14 at approximately 2:45 a.m. central time. I originally had a delivery date of 9/21 but the next day I checked and it had changed to 10/5. Mine shipped 9/24. This is its current status:

There is no estimated or scheduled delivery listed anywhere. It is being shipped to north central AR. Can I expect to get it by tomorrow? I'm trying to get an idea because I may take off work tomorrow.

Exact same time here, phones are prolly on the same pallet. Mine doesn't have a delivery time anymore.

Based on my tracking I'd say you're good to go for tomorrow, depending on your destination. Where are you located?

Hi all -

update..

I was in the 9/26 2:02am KY arival group that sat for 30+ hours.

I received an import scan at 12:18pm today, and at 12:57pm I recieved my first and only delivery time from UPS...

END OF DAY FRIDAY

So unless all else fails, I expect to have my phone tomorrow at the latest... Oh - I'm in Western Massachusetts..

I'll let ya all know what happens.

Wasn't happy with the first CSR's response, so I tried my luck a second time...

Initial Question: Any idea why my package has not cleared customs in Louisville after 35+ hours?

Erick T.: I'm sorry that the information has not been uploaded. Due to the amount of Apple packages it has taken more than expected, but your package should be delivered today.

Well, my UPS status just updated to saying delivery by end of day tomorrow instead of today. Now instead of the green bar saying "On Time" it says "In Transit 1 Business Day Left." Interesting that they don't change the bar red and say "Delayed."

It seems like UPS has been completely overwhelmed with all these iPhones. I understand it's probably an enormous number, but it seems like if they couldn't handle it they shouldn't have the contract. It may be that this year they needed to split shipments between UPS and FedEx. I've never seen such craziness getting a package delivered.

where are you located ifiend? i wish they would just update my tracking to say tomorrow too so i can stop checking and get some work done :)
