[iPhone 5] Incase Snap vs Incipio Feather

Yes, and i just checked, i Got the email 3:37pm on Friday with a Monday delivery Date. Received it today like it said
Perfect. I got mine a few days ago with an expected date of the 4th, but it hasn't actually shipped yet according to the tracking number.
Sorry for all the individual posts but it was the only way I could find to do it. Especially without making u guys wait longer

Overall the case fits great as usual from incase. The full cut out on the volume buttons make them much easier to press than previous versions. Unfortunately tho, the fact it's more purple than black or grey, and not as see thru as I'd like, I'm a bit disappointed. Im sure the difference in color of the back of the 5 makes it harder to c, especially the apple logo but still... Gonna leave it on to c if I start to like it. if not, I'll just end up getting a solid black one from incipio or rocket fish.

Thanks so much for posting all those pics! Wow, that looks terrible! It's definitely has a purplish tint to it. I would definitely send it back and ask for the proper color, and the camera cut out is huge. I don't like how it looks. Seems like the Incase Snapcase looks very sloppy. I'm probably going to get something else. Sigh. Such a shame since I was so set on getting this one too.
This picture is making me believe it might be an early manufacturing error. The 4 and 4S Snap had this issue after it's been worn a bit, and it looks like the case never had the "frost" coating applied to it. It looks more purplish clear (which is what they use on black cases that aren't made of pure black materials before additional coating) than it does frost.

The case next to it is an early production iPhone 4 black frost snap case. U can tell by it having a smaller camera cut out. All the later production 4 and 4s black frost snap cases I've seen with the larger cut out all have a purple tint to it like this 5 case. It looks really purple in these pics cuz of the bright light shining on it, but I guess it's not THAT bad in regular light. I'll post more pics tomorrow during the day for comparison

s I've had previously have all eventually turned purple, yeah, but never straight purple instead of black OOB.
I just got my feather in the mail today. I'm very disappointed. I had 2 generations of the feather previously and they had the same nice soft touch material on the inside that is on the outside.
This is just some cheap hard plastic on the inside. I didn't even bother putting my iphone in it. I don't know what i'm going to do with it.
I just received my Incipio Feather and I'm not happy with it. They changed the texture of it, it's not like the iPhone 4s version as it's more slippery, and it now is raised up higher on the sides so there's a slight lip around the edge of the phone, makes it less comfortable to hold. What a bummer...
Thanks for the pics, but the only thing I don't really like is how they made the camera hole so large, looks sloppy. I wish it was a bit more transparent so you can see through the back.
seems like a lot of great cases have been going down hill lately. i too was a HUGE fan of the incase snap black frost. I got a white phone this time around so wanted to go with the clear frost instead. still waiting for them to release though, but i got the SGP soft clear in the mean time, hope that fits well.
yup. its also not tight as the other previous feathers..creaks in certain spots when pressed firmly.
i hear a creak everytime i put it up to my ear to make a call...just returned mine today...lost $2.80 on postage..sucks
