It might be lacking some polish but I think that's a lot nicer than my 4. Not that it matters because I always use a case anyway and it looks like that one needs one because glass place like that would shatter in no time.

Actually switching to a nokia 6700 after 3 years of iPhone. Only read mail on location perhaps 3 or 4 times in 3 years and the only use the iPhone has for me is play angrybirds when waiting at the dentist. Nokia here we come! 6 days without a charge, keys! and great sound quality!

Still, might want a gooapple just for fun!

...There's no "loophole" it's just not something that is enforced outside of the US. Americans are the most litigious society in the world, and outside the US it's common to see street vendors and even shops all over the mall selling counterfeit merchandise.

I'll agree on the "most litigious society" part, but that doesn't excuse what they've done. Nor would it mean that Apple would be wrong to go after these people. I sincerely doubt the phrase "it's just not something that is enforced outside of the U.S.," but I don't live outside the U.S. It obviously isn't enforced in China to any great degree.

I know that its not real and I don't care who it was created for or how closely it resembles the real thing but I find it to be nicer looking than my IP4.

Nah that won't be it, it looks ugly! I liked the 4's design, but I like anything new. Didn't quite like the 3G(S)

Wow! So many Americans live in a shell and have no idea what the rest of the world is like. In most countries outside the USA, it's perfectly legal to open an identical but counterfit store directly accross the street from an existing legitimate store. Other countries have a "free" society that doesn't place all these restrictions on how companies operate.

I think it still looks pretty nice, if the real iPhone 5 looked like this I'd still happily buy it.
