iPhone 5 Shipped Thread

Ordered 16gb Black iPhone 5 on 10/5/12 from Verizon. Still shows Order Status: We received your order and it is in process.
Expected Ship Date: 10/26/2012...
 
I wonder

I wonder if the ones from apple are being made while the ones from cell providers are from the first couple of batches and still have quirks with them. This is the only thing that makes sense
 
Am I the only one with an expected delivery that's a few days before Thanksgiving in the U.S.? :(

But I've read that, people are getting theirs shipped 16 days ahead of schedule. But I guess the 16 gig is the one in demand compared to the 32 n 64 gig.
 
I ordered three 16 GB 5's on 9/24 and my expected ship date is 10/19. I have no change in order status........."your order is still being processed."

Fingers crossed that they arrive this week.

I initially had a 2-3 weeks delivery date of 10-16 (which was 31 days from my order date on apple.com). I will receive the phone tomorrow (10-15) which will have been a full 30 days.
 
Damn! Ordered well over 3 weeks ago on Sept. 21 from Apple.ca and it still says "processing". Not happy about it.

Lucky people! I still don't see how the iphone is still scarce after almost a month ! The wait is annoying!

Thanks for that! I guess it's going to be a loooooong 15 days of frustrating wait for me! I seriously can't believe all this wait is for a phone ! One can book a new Car and get it delivered within a week !! Lol !
 
Processing Order

Ordered AT&T 16GB White on Sept 26 from Apple website.
ETA Oct 26 - Nov 1

I ordered 16 gb white from ATT on 10-1, says expected delivery 14-21 days.

So maybe it shows up this week.
 
Ordered white 16gb from AT&T Sept 29th . Expected shipping dates are 10/18 through 10/29 . Hope my status changes sometime this week .
 
I ordered on 9/19 from Apple (16gb, white). It went to preparing for shipment on Friday and shipped on Saturday. It'll be here on 10/18. I had hoped it would magically ship sooner but oh well. I was told 3-4 weeks and that's what it took.
 
i ordered a 32GB white, on the 28th september from apple.com/nz
the day they went on sale here
with a delivery range of 3-4 weeks

still no change in order. still says processing order.
 
sad while all is waiting for your phone to change shipping status that I have found a Verizon and AT&T one in local stores...knew for a fact that I would find these in store before the 3-4 weeks came around..
 
Ordered 10/3 at VZW retailer. Original expected ship date was 10/26. Shipped FedEx on 10/11 (I believe). Arriving tomorrow 10/15. A good 2 weeks from ship date.

32 GB Black. :D

wow, thats good. i ordered from Apple on 10/7 and not getting until 11/7-14. i have verizon also.

If it is a 32 or 64 gb you can have a little bit of hope that it will come early. But if I had ordered a 16 gb I feel like I would not be getting it early.

I also expect them to start ramping up shipments and I think thats why I am getting mine earlier too.
 
Well, after weeks of lurking, I signed up and joined the support group. I held on to my 3gs for an extra year and a half waiting for the iPhone 5 and these past few weeks have been the worst part.

I ordered a white 16g from AT&T on September 21. I'm still "processing." I have to imagine that the status will change in the next few days, but this wait has been unbelievable.

Also, where is everyone seeing their anticipated ship date for their orders? I just have the "ordered on September 21" and "processing" labels.
