soooo, a little bit ago, called to cancel my order (per the att rep on chat who gave me the number and said itd be a good idea to try local stores). the rep over the phone told me i couldnt cancel. fine, whatever, tell me where my phone is?
she told me the ship date (10/22-10/31 ... which has changed a few times). she said she had other details that it had "left the queue" and would be shipping in "a few days". went home and checked backorder, still showing "1". called them back because i found a phone nearby in stock, they said i couldnt cancel my order, i brought up what the previous person had mentioned about shipping, he said he doesn't know where she would have gotten that info from.
i asked him if she lied, he said "probably"... nicely done at&t. all i want is to cancel my order. not asking for money or to ship it faster ( i know other people are waiting longer).
this was ordered 10/2, 16 gb black over the phone
