My status just changed to "Preparing for Shipment" yesterday! So hopefully I get my phone before Halloween or before next weekend.Ordered my White iPhone 5 64GB on AT&T through the apple store on Oct 6. It still says "Processing Items" ships 3 - 4 weeks, delivers: Nov 7 - Nov 14 via standard shipping. I hope it ships sooner tho.
Newbie Question
Ordered my IPHONE 5 16gb white on OCT 2nd .............Well first off I had the dreaded security deposit come up on my account because I missed a payment in the past. Had to pay a restoration fee and now they are asking me for 150 per line to start up. Anyway I wanted the Iphone 5 but did not have the upgrade available yet. So I went into my local ATT store and gave them a 150 dollar deposit plus the authorization on my credit card for the 212.00 for the iphone 5 16gb white. Manager came out and said they are still having issues with adding a line to my account and he is going to Order the phone anyway but I technically wont have a family plan or second number until the phone is shipped to the store and the service is set up. I had never heard of this before because Ideally I wanted the phone shipped to my house. Anyway about 3 hours later I received an email from ATT confirming my order but My tracking information did not work. It also did not show up in MY ORDERS on the att home page. I called around and finally got in touch with the store manager who eventually informed me that I technically Couldn't track the iphone myself because it is being shipped to the store. He then proceeded to print me an ORDERTRACK document straight from their store stating all of the technicalities of the order. The only way as of right now I can track the order is to use The order number in the email and the ZIP CODE from the store its being shipped to which is 19082. This is on the telephone prompt and is very vague. (It only says the items you ordered are on backorder and will be shipped as soon as they become available) Has anybody else had this happen and are there any ways around it to be able to have as much closure as you guys have on the status of their order? I honestly dont want to call the store everyday to check the status of my order.

Although I'm in Australia I'd imagine you'll definitely get it sooner. Mine wasn't due to deliver til November 2-8, but it shipped last night and is now due to deliver on Friday 26th. It's in transit in Hong Kong right now, meaning it will be in Sydney tomorrow and Melbourne on Friday. No idea how it works going to the US but Because you are a day behind us time zone wise, I think it's a dead certainty you'll have it before the weekend
But I won't 100% guarantee it haha!so frustrating:

Shipped: 23rd of October
Delivered: 24th of October
Manufactured: Week 42 October 2012 at factory C3.

Ordered 9/30 and still on back order as of this morning. i hope this changes throughout today

I'm in Toronto.. Still no sign of it being delivered yet. A UPS truck pulled up to the building here, which got me excited. Then he drove off :/
