Initial Question: Package was supposed to be delivered last Friday, but still no sign of it.

 Brian Li: I called on Friday when the package didn't come on Friday and an agent told me it would be delivered before 10:30 today.
 Brian Li: It's still not here, and I want to know exactly where it is. I've been planning my days around it because I need to sign for it and it's just getting a little ridiculous after two missed delivery commitments.
 Susan B.: Just a moment while I look into that for you.
 Susan B.: I need to connect you to a representative who specializes in international shipping. Can I connect you now?
 Brian Li: Yes, thanks.

 Brian Li: What happened to it?
 Brian Li: So you guys can't get a delivery date?
 Jessica C.: I shows cleared form customs already but we are awaiting on delivery date.
 Brian Li: What was the point of the original delivery date if it didn't mean anything? And why did a rep tell me on the phone the systems showed a delivery for today?
 Jessica C.: The delivery time we provide is pending customs clearance, in thos case my advice is to please keep monitoring it,
 Brian Li: But it's cleared customs clearance now, so you should have an estimated time right?
 Brian Li: I assumed it was all cleared when the rep told me it would be delivered on Monday, today.
 Jessica C.: unfortunately we haven't received confirmation on delivery date, we are awaiting for it.
 Jessica C.: I'm sorry.
 Brian Li: Okay. It's just amazing how no one updates this on the online tracking. It still says it's supposed to be delivered on Oct. 26.
 Jessica C.: I'm sorry, I totally understand.
 Brian Li: It'd be nice if we could get info without contacting directly on the tracking. I know a few people in the same situation,
 Jessica C.: i'm sorry.
 Brian Li: Well I guess I'll keep an eye out for it. Do you know if the online tracking will be updated?
 Jessica C.: Usually every 24 hrs
 Brian Li: Hopefully it gets updated. It's been over 72 hours since the last update.

It kinda sounds like UPS has no clue where our phones are. When I called on Friday, the rep told me it had cleared customs and my phone would get to MA over the weekend in time for a Monday delivery. This rep says they're still waiting for a delivery date. Waiting for a delivery date? It was supposed to be here last Friday. UPS has been doing this for years, and "waiting for a delivery date" doesn't seem like a good excuse for a shipping service that's been around for as long as UPS. They should have their logistics down by now. Maybe it's actually "waiting for a delivery date because we don't know where your phone is". This chat basically tells me UPS has no clue when my phone will be delivered. Why? No clue.
Phone shipped yesterday. Not sure when it will arrive due to Sandy. Thing is, I don't see the Cc charge anywhere.
Let us know what you find out. It seems like a few of us have been getting conflicting information. For everyone who has a phone stuck in KY, please contact UPS and ask them why. Has anyone also tried calling Apple?
I emailed my contact at Executive Relations and he's investigating this issue right now. He's going to call me back later today with an update, so I'll let everyone know.
