Mine too. Just updated. what a relief. ...but that is still not "departed".

Louisville, KY, United States 10/29/2012 11:43 A.M. Import Scan
Louisville, KY, United States 10/26/2012 1:16 A.M. Arrival Scan

fingers crossed for maintaining the original delivery date.
Scheduled Delivery: Tuesday, 10/30/2012, By End of Day

Is it me, or then does this mean the conversations that people have been having with UPS, and UPS stating that everything is on track and that the status is accurate - was BS ?

Just spoke with Apple Corporate- they said they don't know what's going on with the phones sitting in KY, but they are still showing delivery for tomorrow. My UPS tracking hasn't been updated yet.

i wonder if mine hasnt yet been "import scanned" since im in new york and hurricane sandy might have some sort of effect on it?

Just spoke to executive relations. UPS is claiming that Sandy is affecting their transit times, and that's why there's no set delivery date. Still not sure if that's the case considering most of the delay took place in KY, and not on the east coast. Mine is going to Boston (also affected by storm) and was just changed to import scan.

we may be going through the same scenario as im 2 hours away in upper darby area basically philadelphia suburb and I know Sandy is affecting my shipment

by the way mine still stays Arrival Scan 8:03 pm Louisville,KY

Mine updated to import scan at 1:38 pm. I'm chatting with UPS now, and they're saying that it likely won't be scanned again until it reaches Iowa (where I live). The representative said that it should be on it's way.

Mine is going to Toronto, which is probably why it says "Departure" for me...

Louisville, KY, United States 10/29/2012 15:05 Departure Scan
Louisville, KY, United States 10/26/2012 1:16 Arrival Scan

Ok, I just have to post this ..... go to http://flightaware.com/live/
then on the right hand side enter "KSDF" as the Departure City, and your code for your airport (ie mine is LAS for Las Vegas, or serch by name, you'll figure it out.) :p
NOW... once the search fills in, on the right hand side expand "more" the airlines, and uncheck all but "UPS".
From there you might be able to line up a Departure flight based on the KY deparate scan (once it updates).

Good Luck and Happy Tracking!
Hoping the best to all my KY 10/26 1:16AM buddies

So excited about the Import scan but now i have to deal with this...

Call ups and they say its customs. ive had it up to here with customs, i mean its apple product im sure a multimillionaire company like apple does not have to get their products inspected by customs.

what can possibly go wrong

:( just keep checking. We ( KY 10/26/2012 1:16 ) are all just holding our breaths now. Poster above just had some good activity, maybe the conveyor belt is rolling as we all type.

I ordered my new phone from the shop, I asked for it to be delivered to the shop, I also changed my address whilst in the shop because I had just moved house. Today, the phone turns up at my old address and is not accepted by the householder so back on the van it went. I call the delivery company to ask them if they could drop it at my new address, they said no I would have to get the delivery address changed by my supplier and then they would tell the delivery company to re deliver. I have just seen the delivery man outside my new house delivering to next door. He is not aloud to give me my phone because he will loose his job. All it would take is one phone call from management and I could have had my new phone today. Instead it on the van back to Exeter(about 40 miles away) to be delivered later in the week.

Where has all the common sense gone?

I know it's annoying, but it is protocol. With that said, I hope you get your phone ASAP.

No problems at all with the driver, his job is far more important than a phone but it just tickled me to see the van holding my phone outside my new house after trying to deliver it to my old house.:D:D

I still have an iphone 4 to try and understand:eek:

Sorry, that's awful. But I can understand their stance. With that said, could you have it "held" at the counter for you? Then you just drive to the location and pick it up your self tomorrow. Just a thought. Good luck!

Finally it departed Kentucky!!! :D

Anyone else stuck on departure scan from Texas? Mine left DFW airport around noon yesterday but there are no updates. I'm on the west coast so I'm not expecting delays, sorry to those on the east coast that may have to wait but above all stay safe!
