iPhone 5 to ship in 2-3 weeks. October 9-15 delivery

Oh okay, thank you, just worries me how it's under a week, takes 3 weeks to ship it and its still processing :/

Our phones made it to Louisville at 12:08am local time...now we wait 5 days to get them delivered...:rolleyes:

I think this is where our phones part ways. My last update was departing from Alaska. Probably cause mines going to Canada and skipping ky??

When I had my free case shipped to me for my iPhone 4, apple set like maximum restrictions on the package. I couldn't change it's destination, leave a signed note to have it left at the door, or even have the UPS guy leave it with my neighbor. UPS may allow you to do this, but it's likely decided by the sender.

Best of luck though. Doesn't hurt to try!

Same with me lol, most likely they'll ship out tomorrow and then go to a UPS near you and then deliver on Monday which sucks

Concur...unlike AT&T and Verizon, Apple seems to be in no hurry to get these phones to us. Mine pretty much will take the entire 30 days and get to me "by end of day" at that...:rolleyes:

Mine says 10/15 At the end of the day, so yep that'll be my full 30 days. just a few hours off but still

Thanks man! I tried changing the delivery so I could pick it up from a UPS warehouse next to me or a UPS store, but it would still be on Monday. I was hoping they would let me grab it on Saturday. I'm going to try one last time tomorrow by calling them, maybe pull some strings here and there. We'll see.

Upgrading to Saturday Delivery

I have identical tracking, even the times are the same.
So, I am assuming our phones are on the same plane, wrapped and palletize with thousands of others.

I just spoke with a UPS rep. and asked if there was a chance to upgrade to Saturday delivery. He stated that the shipper did not choose that as an option, and there was no way to change it now that the package is in transit. :cool::(:cool:

I am sure Apple saved a pretty penny by not electing to include Saturday delivery on these shipments.

I hate to be a bubble burster, but It looks like we wait another weekend for our phones.

If anyone has an experience to the contrary, please post!

Surely there is still a chance it could be delivered early.
There's also a chance I could win the lottery, get struck by lightening, and win the upcoming bid for President of the United States of America.
All on the same day, of course.

Hooray! It's left Louisville. Mine's coming to Waterloo...praying for Saturday delivery somehow!!
