To start off many android phones have as much battery life as an old person can hold off using the bathroom. Or at least when using the functions that are supposed to be better than the iphone.
Next it is pointless to compare CPU as it is like comparing mac-book to a dell processor. Different utilization, so the 1Ghz A4 in the iphone 4 may still seem faster then the dual core 1Ghz. Comparing it to other droid phones would make better sense.
1080P is pointless as a matter of a fact you need a 24 inch tv to see the difference between 560p, 720P, 1080i, 1080P, 1400p. And you need to be about a foot away. Even then most of the differences would be quality, color, saturation, and clarity.
On 2 hands you can count the number of movies recorded using actual 1080P footage, since 90% of all 1080P movies are simply digitally enhanced from 720P to imitate 1080P. The dark night is the only one I can think of.
It will be at least another 5-10 years before majority of films are recorded on 1080P and it is actually worth it. And if you keep your phone for that long you should probably put away your over-sized 80s brick phone. And if you can see the differences on a cell phone, your alter ego is probably seen in comic books.
Last THERE WILL NEVER BE AN IPHONE KILLER, because the iphone is an icon for smart phones, touch phones, pop culture, even as the pinnacle of technological advancement and society. There may be better, faster, smaller, edgier competitors but this phone has social representation and importance. There is no cult following like the droid has, it is followed by society as a whole.
