Also, if you look at the release of the 3Gs and 4, the announcement to actual release is roughly 2-3 weeks. We aren't within 2-3 weeks of early/mid September. You're going to have to wait roughly a month to be proven wrong.

Kay so, I believe you said before that you previously purchased a white iPhone 4 that you are happy with. If so, why do you even care what is said about the iPhone 5 if you are happy with your iPhone 4? You could just ignore all these threads and posts like normal people do instead of creating a useless thread that provided nothing to the search for rumors that this site is so well known for. You only ruined it for yourself when you posted such a controversial topic.

Okay...let's all take a deep breath here.

Does ANYONE have definitive proof that the iPhone 5 is coming out in 2011? No.

Does ANYONE have definitive proof that the iPhone 5 is coming out in 2012? No.

Does ANYONE have definitive proof that the iPhone 5 is even coming out at all? No.

By your logic, one could argue that there will never be another iPhone, ever. There is no concrete proof that Apple will ever design another product, of any type.

Now...the overwhelming evidence (inside leaks, supply lines, AT&T/Apple staffing) points to a late-August or (more likely) September launch of the iPhone 5, probably at the same time as the iPod touch and (possibly) iPad refresh, to unify those lines together.

Did we get carried away because you came across as beligerent and insulted us? Yep. And on behalf of everybody, I apologize.

Are you for real? There's a wide range of rumors that indicate the iPhone 5 is going to be released in September, but I'll just list the most important ones for you.

1. iOS 5 comes out this fall. Apple has never released a new major version of iOS without a new iPhone. Never. Ever.
2. Oppenheimer, CFO of Apple, has stated there will be a "production transition" in September.
3. Apple has to release a new iPhone quite soon in order to catch up to the competition. Hardware developments are coming by at a high rate.
4. Apple generally holds an iPod event somewhere in the beginning of September. It makes for a perfect opportunity for Apple to release a new iPhone.
5. Apple has stated it'll need more store employees in September.
6. Endless amount of rumours that state the new iPhone will be release in September.
7. No rumours to contradict this at all.

Apparently by your standard they are, because outside of the original iPhone they have never given more than a 17 day notice before launch.

lol there's proof of a new iPhone in the code for iOS, go look back in the macrumors news, we know there's deffo one coming soon. there's enough out there to know there's one on the way otherwise we wouldn't get stories like these:

You said you're going by patterns, explain why no iPhone at the end of june/beginning of july?

as me and others previously pointed out, with the exception of the original iPhone, when have they ever given more than 4 weeks notice of a new iPhone? since september is still just over 5 weeks away, then there's easily more time, and that's if they intend to release at the beginning of september.

I'd like to see if you have any logical and reasonable responses to my questions, but judging from your posts so far, i doubt that will happen.
