iPhone 5c purchasers! Thoughts / pics in here!

I think most people 'hate' the 5c as a way to justify their need for the latest and the greatest.
I hated it cause of the colors but now I like the colors. Also, I already have a 5 so getting the c means using an upgrade to get the same phone but with color. So because of that , I got the S. But I wish I could have two phones. One c and an s mainly cause they look sweet!
Find it mad some of you have gone back and changed from a 5S to a 5C. I held both agree the 5C is much nicer in the hand but everything else compared to the 5S is not. Obviously my opinion, but shows Apple was right offering two different phones for people to choose from.
If you are dressed in a nice suit and shoes and conduct yourself professionally, whipping out a loudly colored iPhone should be no problem.
I'm literally grinning that this thread has made so many people convert from a 5s to a 5c. 
Obviously not just this thread alone, but I think it's gone some way in changing peoples minds about the C and in some cases, pushed people over the edge to go out and look at one / buy one!
And I too love the positivity! But how can you not be positive about this phone?! It's everything you could want! Great internals coupled with that shiny, smooth, vibrant outside... mmmm!
It's funny too, as when the 5c was first announced a lot of people (myself included) were calling out for a white front rather than black. But now I own the 5c I have to say I don't think it'd be right in white. The black makes the coloured back pop so much more, and adds to the premium yet fun feel the phone has.
I still find myself picking mine up and marvelling at it's beauty!

So my boss wanted to buy an iPhone for his wife yesterday.
He came in today with an iPhone 4s. Said he paid $100 for it at Verizon.

Ditto for the same reasons. Although yellow is certainly tempting. Also for resale white never goes out of style.

Great post mate and im still loving mine, had a few snide comments at work about having a yellow phone but then caught the main one looking at new iphones on the web lol
Still pick this thing up and love it, have gone white with 4, 4S and 5 but agree the black front totally works with the vibrant colours, white would just not give the same look
im also amazed at the number of U turns from 5S back to 5C, love it, keep any more pics coming as love seeing them and it keeps this great thread going!!

Just picked up a white 32GB 5c. I had a gold 5s pre-ordered, but to be honest I can't wait until November or December to get a new phone. I currently own a windows phone that has approximately one hour of battery life. I can't keep living with plugging my phone into a wall everywhere I go. Besides... I think the 5c fits my lifestyle much better, as it feels sooooo much more durable than the 5s.
This is the first year I purchased 2 phones. Usually since the 3gs, I have purchased the new phone and my wife gets the previous year model.. This year my wife "HAD TO HAVE THE 5C!!" so we purchased 2. I got the 5s and my wife got a green 5c.. She got a green one and a blue Belkin case

Can't believe how comfortable it feels to hold. No sharp cold metal anymore! Actually feels like the freshest iphone I've had in years.
And the blue one even makes ios7 feels different in a good way when using safari, mail etc because they all use blue.
Not missing my iphone 5! This is nicest iPhone I've bought in years.

Not a fan of cases though. This phone is a beauty and that just seems to ruin it's feel. Tell your wife to go naked! Case wise obviously

Hahaha, neither a kid or a female! And I got myself the green, too!! Tomorrow or day after can't come fast enough!!
Once I get my 5c, can I start using it as soon as I activate it? I just keeping reading about nano sim cards, and I don't know if my phone is supposed to come with one. I didn't buy an unlocked version. My green baby is arriving tomorrow
You need a nano sim card to use the phone for calling and all the good stuff from the carrier you are with.
I bought my green 5c from apple unlocked as well and just went and "bought"(my card got declined for some reason and the rep was awesome and just gave it to me lol) so when my phone comes I can just activate it and insert and start using the phone for talking and texting.
Other than that you actually do not need the sim for like things over wifi and music.

But I didn't buy an unlocked version. I signed a 2 year contract with Verizon and bought the phone for $99. So, I'm assuming I would only have to buy the nano sim card if I bought an unlocked version?
