Actually no.. Factory C3, production week 39
theres no fix, that's why they will not address it.
We are on a Apple tech site now and despite pages upon pages of comments even MacRumors is refusing to make this front page news. On the payroll perhaps?
They have a news story right under their nose and ignore it. Why?
They'll have to issue replacemente to keep people happy. Maybe a new batches in a few months might work better
Have we reached consensus that its hardware?
Cult of Mac did an article on it...but they also do cult of android....
Hmmm..maybe it should be brought to the attention at nonApple friendly sites so they can raise a voice to the issue???
Seriously... Would not a problem such as this be on "World News Tonight" if some larger tech site just started the ball rolling. I mean they love to pile on when Apple gets something wrong.
I hate to say it but lets get "GyroGate" to go public so Apple gets off their @ss and addresses this.
Agreed - We should start a new thread called gyro gate and publicise via twitter.
Let's start #GyroGate along with #5s and #Apple on twitter?

how do you test this "gyrogate"? just lay it on a table? maybe you gotta recalibrate it a few times? maybe your table isn't level? or these steal in the table that's making it askew?
my 5c shows 0 to 1 degree, should I start slapping Genious's around at the nearest apple store till I get on that's dead on zero?

Do any you have clinometer on similar app? This is 100 software issue i bet there's gyro calibration issue. Since using any 3rd pt gyro works perfectly
I just got a retweet by Macworld(uk) regarding gyro issue, that should publicise it a bit
