Everyone in the first batch is getting expedited UPS shipping.

You can check the posts in the 1-3 days thread.

Really? I got 1-3 days shipping. How can you tell it's expedited? Cuase I just opted for standard, I didn't see the option but I wouldn't have paid anyway.

My order has shipped via ups. It says UPS Saver? No delivery date is given either. I guess I'll know more tomorrow.

Shipped

I ordered 2, 1 from Apple Store online and 1 thru the Apple Store app on ipad, AT&T 64gb Space Gray at 12:08 and 12:03 am 20th pacific time, and they pretty much instantly went into processing although the app was quicker and easier. Status so far unchanged. Last year one from Apple and one thru AT&T, Apple was smooth, AT&T no so much.

Update: Just noticed appx 6pm pacific 9-21-13 1st one thru Apple Store App just went to preparing for shipment. 2nd one still unchanged.

Update: 2nd one same about 1/2 hr later

22nd 9:51 pm, Just notified 2nd one shipped, UPS, 1st one still preparing?

AT&T 16GB Space Gray ordered completed 12:03am. Got the shipping email 9/22/13 6:03AM. Estimated delivery 9/25/13 end of day.

I thought I was the only one, but I'm glad I'm not. What's up with this?

Received a shipment notification email from Apple at 10:31 PM Pacific indicating standard shipping delivery 9/27 to San Francisco.

Mine says the same thing. If you look at the tracking info of the phones that were shipped out earlier, you'll see that they were in transit to ZhengZhou, where ours already appear to be.

I'm guessing the delivery date will show once they actually start the transit process from ZhengZhou.

Just received my tracking email from Apple @ 10:58pm CST 9/22.

Called my local store and physically went in as well. How do they not know when they are receiving shipments of 5s's? Surely their 'inventory specialists' know?

Why do you expect them to know? Apple didn't make substantial quantities for the launch and you have to realize that the inventory that is being produced in china is being pulled to many countries, let alone, states and cities and individual apple stores. When you filter that all down, each store maybe gets a handful of phones every day.

Looks like a bunch of our phones will be on the same airplane bound for the US.

Mine is a white 64GB T-Mobile 5s

16gb space gray ordered at 0302/pst with standard shipping. Gonna receive tomorrow !

Not sure. It's unacceptable that Apple is treating us like second class citizens. Why were we not shipped out yesterday like everyone else?

I'm calling to complain. Hopefully I'll get some free stuff too.

I just expected Apple to be able to provide supply according to demand.

Where is Apple, in terms of 5s orders?

I just ordered my 5s yesterday (Gold 64 GB) around 11 AM EDT, and have the shipping date of October. I would love some feedback from those who ordered their phones later in the day on Friday, or more recently. Most people posting here seem to be those who ordered within the first few hours of launch. At least maybe we can get a feel for where Apple is in terms of fulfillment of 5s orders, at the moment.

Thanks in advance, for responding!
