Bright pink? I wonder if their sales numbers and/or research shows that pink is a popular color, otherwise why offer it?

I like the thought of the high contrast colours for the 5SE range, will help it differentiate the range from the 6 and 7 series. Also I'm certain they'll start selling Apple watch straps in bright corresponding Spring/Summer hues for this 'season'

In before the "Is a bright pink iPhone suitable for a man?" threads...

In 2016, i really hope that we're long beyond the idea that specific colours have to be for specific genders. I hate pink, but nothing to do with my gender... more like, growing up in a house that has pinks walls everywhere because my father cheaped out and constantly just grabbed the cheapest left over paint that nobody else would buy.

Good luck trying to convince people this one's "copper" or "salmon" guys

Apple's highest paid exec is from the fashion industry. Seasonal high fashion can bring in more revenue per retail square foot than your typical phone store. So Apple knows exactly what they are doing.
Really?. What's next..Teal Blue...Crimson...and of course..Fuschia.

Although I have been an Apple user since 1984. I find these 'changes' quite strange, instead of the next Macbook Pro that I would like to have with stellar specs.

Put lipstick on a pig.......

Exactly. I think all the iPhones should have the iPod touch colors. That blue is actually really sweet I have to admit. Same with that darker gray. However they should make more black front facing iPhones, maybe that dark blue should be black on the front.

Or a Product Red one.

What colour is the A9 chip inside? What colour is the 2GB of ram? What colour is the non-gimped camera?

bright pink = anti-theft feature

buy "pink" and no one will steal your phone..

You sure its not "rose gold" ? oops, i opened up a cane of worms on that one.. Maybe it could mean we all could start buying "pink" phones to replace the "gold"phones.

(oh...what a dreadful thought)

IIRC, one of the iMacs (during Steve Jobs tenure) was polka-dotted, another was psycho flower colored.

So this rumor is about nothing new.
