Me too and i asked today how much it would cost to take just my line off and leave on the other 3 and she said it would be $300+ ... I'm screwed into this hell for another 2 years

Yeah, I meant Easy Pay btw, but it's easier to move around with only one line so I ordered from VZW and I'm prepared to pay off my Sprint bill with that installment on there.

The guy at the Sprint store told me it would be easier to cancel my service, pay the phone off, then apply for new service.. I don't want Sprint that bad lol and I want my phone number.

As far as iPhone statuses, seems like most Verizon 64GB SG+ devices with ship date 11/7 are shipped, some with order dates as late as 9/28. The 128gb SG+ devices have been shipping here and there (even one with an order date of 10/3). 64GB Silver+ devices seem to be getting pushed back a week or more for many people.

We believe there are iPhone flights from China to Anchorage (then to Memphis where a VZW center is) Wednesday-Friday and most people are getting status changes and shipping numbers from Friday night - Tuesday. The difference configurations seem to come in waves (one week a ton of one phone will ship, the next week a ton of another phone will ship, and so on, with other devices mixed in here and there).

I ordered 9/21 with a ship date of 11/7, my card was charged on 10/25 and my tracking number came on 10/27 to be delivered 10/29. Hopefully some of this info helps you guys; I'm not sure where they're at on your Sprint orders.

Also, I noticed the Verizon thread is way more active than this one, and the AT&T thread is even larger than Verizon's. If this says anything about the general population, maybe that has some sort of effect on the amount of phones Apple is sending to each carrier.

Maybe somebody here could help me understand because I'm at a loss how Sprint handles the preorders !! Reading the threads it doesn't matter if you ordered online or in store it seems they send out the phones at random and not by date/batch as they were ordered or am I missing something ?? How else can some people get the phone ordered later, others no matter if it was a online or in store order get the " sorry it's delayed again" story. I could understand if there was a general problem with Sprint not getting phones from Apple, but it seems they are and I'm really disgusted the way this preorder business is handled. You take my money right away and then I get a different story every week why my phones that I ordered 9/18 are still awaiting shipping. @sprintcare also tweeted me back again a "we understand how frustrating this can be" .... No you DO NOT !! haven't gotten another tweet since ! I would really like to put in a formal complaint to Sprint, but not at the bottom CS where your complaint gets lost, but somewhere in that Company to let them know their Customers are past fed up with this preorder mess !

This is pretty much the same exact story as Verizon. So maybe it's an Apple thing. And it seems that when you order your phone, you're put into a "pool" for that ship date, and they ship them out at random although the same ship dates usually ship out within a week of each other. However, if you ordered on 9/18 did you by chance order a 64gb Silver device? It looks like both the 6 and the 6+ Silver 64gb are behind.
 
I did my weekly walk in last night they told me they didn't have an update but said a phone serial number is linked to my account now. HoweverBut no idea when it would arrive. I ordered a silver 6 plus 64 gb . they did offer me a SG 64 GB six plus. I turned it down. Looking back I should have done it.
 
Yes, I ordered 1 Silver and 1 Space gray. I understand they have a general backlog from Apple, however Sprint for one is not shipping them out as they were ordered since some customers that ordered even after us receive the exact mentioned phones and some of us get told there maybe even a greater delay?? My main complaint is every week it seems to be a "new" excuse why my order is still on awaiting shipping. I spoke to a Apple Rep. a couple weeks back even he made it seem that the 4-5 week mark should be when I should've received my phones from Sprint.... still waiting.

I just got the exact same email a little while ago. I've been a customer for over 15 years so it goes to show you They could care less.

I ordered the same phone on 9/16 and got a similar email on 10/24. I'm glad yours say's the delivery time is 1 to 2 weeks. Because mine actually said 1 to 4 weeks.
 
my problem is i ordered mine in store i get no information as is other than i have a serial number hooked to my account now. Im thinking if mine gets delayed im going to push for more than a activation credit.
 
I'm not sure if anyone noticed the updated ship times on sprint website. It seems like they changed the ship times for 64 GB Gold and Silver colors to 2-4 weeks. So we should expect another wave of tracking numbers soon. I have attached the picture and the new shipping times can be found at sprint.com/ship

Just got the tracking email 10 minutes ago! Ordered my SG 64gb 6+ on 9/16, so it took exactly 6 weeks to ship. Good luck guys!
 
I can't even believe my eyes. I blacked out for a second when I hit refresh and saw a freeking tracking number! Holy ****! Anyways, my status changed within the last hour with a ups tracking number. It also shows on UPS MyChoice too, it caught it at the same time. It also shows as coming from SPCS Louisville,KY second day air, says I should get it on Thursday the 30th. (Also posted this in the Sprint Community thread already)

I also received a email from Sprint, the" your device will be delayed for another 1-2 weeks with a order number but guess what everybody, only for one of my phones and only numbers it doesn't work !! Will be going to see store manager today, how are you going to finally give me a actual order # that I could track myself and now it's not working and for only one of my phones . I hope they're ready for me today, because enough is enough, I checked my Sprint account also and that so called number is nowhere to be found.

Have you tried tracking your order with your # I received a email also with just numbers when I try to pull it up it says no records found. Also a in store order going there in a bit.

I ordered at 11pm CST on 9/20/14 64GB Gold 6+ from sprint.com. It showed on my status as ordering 9/21 maybe since I ordered so late at night. I got the updated status with tracking number last night somewhere around 930pm CST.

Yeah, none of the order #'s work on sprint.com/myorder (as they indicate it should in the email). I sort of suspected they wouldn't work online as people had mentioned earlier in the thread that orders done in store wouldn't show up online for whatever reason.

I've called the store a couple of times over the last couple of weeks to see if they knew anything and they knew nothing.
 
So talked to my sprint store today and the informed me my 6 plus was sitting in a warehouse waiting to be shipped. They told me they are overwhelming ups so they are only sending so Many out at a time.
 
In Store iPhone 6 Plus 64/SG

Well, I just got off the phone with the Sprint store I purchased my phone from on September 26th as well as the 866 customer service number.

I called in to the store, without giving any information to them, and simply asked if they have received any iPhone 6 Pluses 64/SG recently and when those orders were placed. I kid you not, orders from the 29th have been coming into the store all this week. All colors, 64 and 128s

I asked them where my phone is. They put me on hold, go into the back to look, come back and say it's not in yet. I tell them I ordered on the 26th, mine should be in if the 29ths order's have been received. Nope! :mad:

I am livid, to say the least. The 866 number said "4-6 weeks" and I lost it when they said "the demand has been unprecedented".

Well if UPS is overwhelmed by the iPhone then I guess it's not a good idea to use them for Christmas.

As I mentioned earlier same issue, went to the store and the Manager told me the number will work as soon as the attach a tracking # to the order, now this will only happen right before it ships out from what I'm understanding.
 
Been lurking here for a couple of weeks. Ordered 6+ SG 128 on October 4th, still back ordered. It's been pretty quiet on this thread lately. Has there been any movement on phones or has everyone who was on here pretty much received their phone already?
