I don't know how accurate that is:
a: I've never had a Sprint phone delivered to my house that required signature (including my pre-ordered 4s and 5, LG G2 or Galaxy S5)
b: I was able to log into UPS My Choice and leave a release authorization to leave the phone on my porch
c: We've already established that Sprint CS doesn't know squat.![]()
Well, UPS has always said they reserve the right to decide if it is safe enough to leave a pkg, regardless of whether you waive a signature. It is entirely up to your driver sadly. If you have a relationship so to speak with your driver, he probably wouldn't do that.
But I stayed home last time and didn't waive signature but asked the driver about it and this particular one told me he wouldn't have left it even if I had waived the signature
