Damn. This is being handled horribly. I went in to the Sprint Store and tried to cancel my order an get the 128 6. They said I could. Grabbed the phone and put in all the info etc but eventually could not cancel my preorder because there is no serial # attached to my order yet. There was no way around it. So yeah, they can't even cancel your orders.

Wow, that is ridiculous.

I do not think sprint gets Iphones in like a batch each day. I think they got all the stock out on that 1 day. But maybe a few were left but nothing we would see on here. I think it will be another major shipment but when that is no idea but i doubt we see the few each day deal.

I am afraid that now the apple store will get the most till supply gets caught up.

I again do not care what people say but you can go to a apple store and if you see the Iphone 6 plus you want step to the side call sprint up at 800 211 4727 then when the prompts come up hit 5 then 5 then 2.

This takes you to account services. They know what is going on i have called them i bet 10000 times in 14 years and i only call them. They are the last stop shop. They are the cancel department. They will ask you for your pin and ask the reason for your call.

Tell them you are fed up with sprint and have a order in for a Iphone 6 plus and want to cancel the order cause you are in a apple store and see 1 and want to buy it.

they 100% will do it in 2 minutes. Cause at the end of your call they HAVE TO ASK YOU did they solve the reason for your call. If you say no they have to send you to there manager.

They are told to do everything in there power to #1 solve your problem and #2 most importantly not let you cancel your account.

No just no tracking number

No even an acknowledgement that the order was actually placed.

As far as we know, those orders are in some sort of limbo and no one here is on any waiting list.

As far as we know, every day, we are all getting pushed farther back behind all the lists building up, everywhere.

According to that one poster, you can call that # directly and force them to cancel it. I don't know why the store said they couldn't cancel for you. Sounds like BS to me.

But as it stands now, this feel like robbery. They took our money, and we are limbo with no info or idea where our order stands. And now they refuse to cancel the order because they haven't processed it yet? What kind of insanity is this.

My order is placed and every time I enter it into the system I can get a message. I have my order number and everything. No tracking number yet

1st mistake going into the sprint store.

They do not want to cancel any orders. And i could have cancelled mine easy but mine came but 2 more for my Son have not.

But dial *2 or 800 2114727 and after you confirm your number you are calling about and it says "what would you like to do" hit 5 then 5 then 2 that department will do everything they can for you.

Anyone who does not have there phone should call them. They can't hang up unless at the end you say they have answered all your question to your satisfaction.

If you do not believe me try it. But they can't make your iPhone appear but they can find your order no matter where you made it and cancel and credit your account that fast.

If mine did not come and my sprint store had 1 there and i really wanted it bad i would have done this and it would have been done fast.

But again i would give it a few days but that is just me
 
I don't think the guy helping me was full of it. He was trying all sorts of work arounds.

Basically the order wasn't real. Yet. Like someone else said. "Limbo"

I don't know what was the purpose for preorder if some didn't receive it yet. I was calm last year when they didn't do preorder for iphone 5s. I ordered on launch day with Apple.com, but didn't receive my phone until Oct. 16th last year.
 
I originally wanted the 6+ so imma just wait. But I am really disappointed at the disorganization.

I ordered on 9/13 at 6pm from a NON corporate store. Just like most people I was given the 4-6 week window. I've been in constant touch with the store and up until today they have not received a single 6 Plus. When I called in today they told me that they have started receiving the pre-ordered 6 Plus' and that although mine is not in today it should be within the next few days.

So, for all those who ordered in store, and especially at a corporate store, don't lose hope. There's no way a branch location will receive the phones before a corporate location, and it looks as if today is the day they're beginning to come in.

The wait is almost over!

The corporate stores here in Ga said that the iPhone 6 plus will be delayed for 4-6 weeks. And none of the stores got any shipment in on release day ❗️

So I decided to call today and the sales rep who took my order went ahead to check my status. After about a 25 minute hold she came back and told me that my pre-order is awaiting shipment and that I will be seeing it relatively soon. Don't know how much this information if worth at all actually, as I think they are just saying it to get people off their back. But it definitely is better than when it gets here, we'll call you. I know don't know when could be 4 weeks could be 8 but we'll call you.

I can't get my store to pick up the phone when I call so I just drove over there and was told "awaiting shipment" as well. The sales rep was rather negative about it not having a tracking number but I told him the gold 6/64g I picked up on Friday that was part of the same order never had a tracking number either.

Frankly I don't think these guys know what they're talking about.

They found my order by my phone number. I don't think theres a serial # attached yet since they said they are still awaiting shipment. To me it seems that Sprint ran out of 6P 16Gb SG and is waiting on more supply from Apple.

Or they were just pulling that line out so people stop calling them.
 
Awaiting shipment is probably just a placeholder. SMH

Imagine how happy we will be when we finally get this thing haha
 
I think I'll be cancelling at this rate, nobody at Sprint can tell me anything and it's starting to look like 4 - 6 weeks from now they're gonna say "whoopsie, we entered your order incorrectly" or something equally infuriating.

I'm also annoyed that by the time it shows up (if it ever does) the trade in value on my 5s will be lower than the $351 they quoted me.

I tried online the morning of the preorders. I didn't trust them sending it to me by the release date, which ended up being good because I was out of town for an unexpected funeral Friday. Ended up getting a 64gb White for the wife at a Sprint store on Saturday. If I was getting one it would have been the 6+

That being said, they claimed they had no way of confirming or denying anything regarding an online purchase and or cancelling/changing an order and I would have to call to get details.

The woman in the store claimed that some people might be waiting as long as november for their devices(!)

I got to see the iPhone6 and 6+ in person today. The 6 didn't seem that much larger than the 5 and 5S, the 6+ was a more dramatic size increase but not a deal breaker for me.

Calling Sprint as soon as I'm done with this post.

Okay, f that. Really? So if you ordered ON DAY 1...you might be waiting till November? And on top of that they charged us the full amount? WTF is this. I've never heard of someone charging you the full amount for something they didn't actually have, and then make you wait for 2 months without any kind of updates.

I hope she was just talking about those that ordered the + models much later than the 12th. Because this is beyond unacceptable. Gosh I'm fuming.
