It's not a huge phone. 4.7" isn't a tiny screen. We know nothing about the battery. You clearly just want to hate the iPhone 6. Go ahead.
I think my Nexus 5 issue was more to do with the screen size and width of the phone. I believe this will be alleviated by the smaller screen and less wide phone.
This here is what a 4.7" phone next to a 5.2" phone should look like.

It IS tiny compared to the size of the phone. Look at the picture above. The screen of the Moto X on my G2. Laughable.
And yes we know about the battery. It will be 1,800mAh. It has already been leaked.

The G2 is also 71 mm wide which helps fit that 5.2" screen.
How many times do I have to say a larger screen on the same footprint or close to isn't a better design or outcome? You are set in your belief that the iPhone 6 will be poorly designed phone. Fine. Believe that. I completely disagree.

There is a 0.2" difference and I get a much larger screen.
The iPhone 6 is badly designed because it asks you to carry a phone as big as the G2 for no reason because you're not getting anything from that.
If I carry a phone this big I want them to fit as big a screen as possible. If not then there's no point.
The G2 isn't a fair comparison. Especially if the width ends up being 64 mm.

The wider G2 is a reason such a large screen fits. That's logic. Along with less bezel.
You want the phone to fit as big a screen as possible. Your view in this regard doesn't speak for everybody.
If the phone is as big as a G2 and only has a 4.7" screen then the screen is tiny for that phone.

If you really read this thread, the main concern of users is the size of the phones. They think I'm nuts for carrying around such a huge phone. They think the iPhone 5s is just about as big as they want something to be in their pockets.
And I, from what I can tell, am the ONLY person here carrying a phone as big as the iPhone 6 will be, and let me tell you, even if this was 0.2" less wide, this is a POCKET FILLER
I wouldn't get a phone bigger than this G2. 138mm tall is a BIG phone. I'm holding it now typing on here, and if this had a 4.7" screen I would be laughing my ass off.

So at least you can tell users, it is a big phone but look at all the screen real estate you get.
The idea should be to get the biggest screen on the snalles phone you can make.

Look at the G2 mini 4.7" next to an iPhone 5s 4.0". This should've been the difference in size between the 5s and the iPhone 6.
You can see the G2 Mini isn't that much larger than an iPhone 5s yet it has a 4.7" screen.

I think this is bogus, Apple should be well aware that the iPhone 4 form is slowly getting a bit long in the tooth and will make a more radical design makeover.
Can't wait to buy one and be rid of my Symbian mess-of-a-phone.
People didn't believe that was the real iPhone. That's fake. This and that. But it was in fact the real iPhone 5.
Same with the iPhone 4 leak.
Same with the iPhone 6 leak.

I've been carrying a Note 3 for the past 10 months as my primary device. Piece of crap by the way, but that's besides the point.
Really, its no big deal to carry. Fits fine in all my pockets...jacket breast pocket, front shorts pocket, back jeans pocket, cargo pockets of shorts/hikers, etc. You do end up carrying it in your hand more than you might an iPhone because of the various use cases involving the stylus, but size is a non issue for portability purposes.
I'm limping along with the N3 until Apple releases the larger iPhone 6. The big screen was the ONLY reason I moved to Android. Can't wait to get back to iOS....on a bigger screen. Damn Apple for plodding along on screen size for so long.
The G2 Mini also has on screen controls so no physical home button. It is also an asymmetric design so they can fit there stupid logo at the bottom.
The iPhone no matter what has a physical home button. Its not going away and its not getting moved. So the iPhone will always have thick bezels on the top and bottom.
Having that doesn't make it "badly designed" or "because you're not getting anything from that". Its just there design language and thats why it carried over to the iPad. You also get something for it, its called Touch ID. The side bezels will get thinner but the top and bottom won't very much. If you wanted the phone to get smaller physically there would be no Touch ID, or you would have the crappy one on the S5.
