In all seriousness though, I don't understand why people sign internet posts. It's a forum, you're not writing a formal letter. We don't really care who you are.

I would say that some of us do indeed care who people are. If you spend enough time as a member of a forum, you know which users for whom you value their opinions, and which you do not. It is not anonymous and impersonal.

Anyone find it weird we've seen virtually every component of the iPhone 6 and yet we've seen nothing of the iWatch, and yet both are tipped to be unveiled next month...?

Top bezel thickness

This is probably a better indication as to where the top bezel ends and where the screen starts, right where it switches from black to grey.

Doesn't that QR code at the top corner mean Apple knows exactly which phone this is, and exactly who has it?

There were no part leaks of the iPad before it was revealed. It will most like be similar, where the revealing will take before mass production starts.

The iPhone 6 saga feels like the device is ready for replacement already.
So, when do the clandestine iPhone 7 photos get sneaked to the press?

Oh look. Another 4.7" iPhone leak and no 5.5" leak. :apple:

"ButButBut... NoNoNoNoNoNoNo... NuNuNuNuNuNoooo, it's because <blah_blah_more_blah_even_more_incredulous_guff> You don't understand, lemme explainnn whyyyy... "

Wait for these comments to come, and at that point where they try to, you can safely log out and go for a walk/meal/sleep, as it will just be time wasted - you'd be more productive sticking back peeling flakes of paint on a wall with a glue stick than replying to people who have an agenda ^_^

Possibly. According to my reader, it means 00842863686FWWW01271020789465130806413

IMEI and serial number?

Apple should write "You've been mooned!" on these data matrix codes :p

No, not IMEI or serial - this is likely a part number or similair.

I have a better indicator from the scratch test which at the very least was a prototype of this. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5R0_FJ4r73s&sns=em

Here's another screenshot from http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5R0_FJ4r73s&sns=em

They do a good job of showing you here, what it may look like compared to the iPhone 5S:

So apple is copying android
It literally looks nothing like the nexus. Look up the nexus 4. The sides curve, not the top, bottom, and corners. Moreover the iPhone 6 panel will seamlessly curve around the entire edge of the phone, the glass and aluminum will be seamlessly curving.

Tipped? By who? Ah yes - rumour mongers who hang on every word Tim Cook says at AlllThingsD, and intentionally read too much into his comments to suit their agenda, and then parrot a set phrase enough times across the internet to ensure everyone sees it "as fact".

Noone told noone anything, they assumed it.

If Apple doesn't give me 5.5 inches on day 1 I'll be really upset. I will have to seriously look hard at the note 4.

I really wish it would stay square because more than 80% of the time, when the flashlight option is on, the phone is lying on its side. It's just so much easier that way.

Note: Regardless of shape, the i6 will be flawless in design and perfromance, YMMV :apple:

100% of the time when the flashlight function is being used, I'm holding the phone in my hand.

They should examine the LCD to see if it's more dense with pixels so we can find out the resolution.

It's much more similar than you're letting on. While it is true the nexus 4 had it on only the sides, the basic concept of the design and the looks of it are very similar, this coming from a former nexus 4 user. Great feature of the phone so I'm looking forward to it on the i6, but to discredit others of having done it first is pretty ignorant to say the least.
The HTC sensation comes to mind as another phone to use curved glass, although it curved in the opposite direction so the screen would be raised when you placed the phone face down to avoid scratches.
