If the 4.7" is the only one, i still wouldn't mind paying £600 for it, an extra £50 would be a respectable increase, especially if its going to have a Sapphire screen.

Same. If the entry-level iPhone 6 costs £600 I'd buy it too. Unfortunately I'm not getting the entry-level I'll be getting, hopefully, the 128GB model!!

That is China's price tag. As far as i'm concerned. I don't care about China. $250-$300 will be the asking price of the 5.5' iPhone 6 sold in the United States. The price of the Galaxy Note III. (around $230). 4.7' iPhone sold at $199.

We're talking off-contract, or SIM-free.
ie purchasing the phone outright.

In my best dumastudetto impression: (before he comes in this thread, har har)

Nobody needs a sub $1000 iPhone. This is good news for consumers. This will allow Apple to earn more money to they can continue investing into new and exciting products for us. I for one will buy 3 of them. And you should all do the same. And this is only something Apple can do because they control the whole experience and that is worth the price of entry.

Good enough? :D

If were talking off contract. I would defiantly say around there. The 16GB iPhone 5S starts at $649.99 to the 64GB at $849.99. I would say a $200 increase for the 5.5" model.

Cost

I went on a website called brikk which has gold plated 5s's for sale and 6's for preorder, currently the 64gb 5s is 3995 usd and the 128gb 4.7 is 4995. So just something I noticed which could help with some of these guesstimates.
