Lol people are crazy. Micro scratches really lol
lol I know it sounds ridiculous but all that means is small scratches that you'll only see in good light, from dust or just daily use coming into contact with stuff. You won't need a microscope to see them. I just find it funny when folks say they don't have one scratch at all unless they're babying it it'll scuff up.

I emailed 2 tempered glass screen protector providers (Spigen UK and Orzly) over the weekend and they both confirmed that their tempered glass protectors both, do NOT cover the whole of the iPhone 6 front screen

Tell you what - the first company that does indeed produce a protector which CAN cover the whole of the front, is gonna make thousands £$£$£$!! Everyone is gonna want on.....!!!!!1

Zagg glass for me. Not cheapest option but looks awesome and can't beat lifetime replacement.

----------

BTW zagg glass for the 6 does not cover the screen entirely. 6+ is fine.

Has anyone given this Glass Screen Protector a shot? I think I'll swing by the Verizon store on my way home and check it out. Made by a company called "Newvit"

I think I may actually remove my screen protector altogether soon. After using it for a few days dirt and lint seem to build up round the edges basically making to front of the phone look like cr*p.

Confirmed. I've yet to put it on, but it's the only one they had. I picked it up at my local Apple store about an hour ago.

ETA: This is for the iPhone 6, I assume they had the 6 Plus but I wasn't looking for that one.

This is what is sold at the Apple store and is what I am using now. $17.95 for a 2 pack. It is anti glare so it has a matte finish to it. I would prefer a tempered glass, but have really disliked all of the tempered glass shapes available, so am using this as a temporary solution for a while. Overall pretty happy considering they are technically $9ish each. Definitely the best shape out now, with proper cutouts for all functional sensors/speakers. I went to Zagg because I have been a loyal customer to them for years and their shape and quality for the 5S was 10/10, but could not stand their shape for the 6. Immediately returned and told them I would not be placing that on my phone, and to contact their R&D immediately. The guys at the store know me very well, so I know the complaint is being heard.

^ Ew, I do not like those cutouts at all. Would rather have the square one over that double dip cutout at the top.

Disagree. HATE the large square cutouts at the top.

That's odd, the photo for the 6+ shows the square cutout at the top, but the 6 doesn't. Please update and post photos if you do end up getting it.

I'm using an amfilm one. 99 cents atm

Is it clear like a power support screen protector?

I never really liked the stretchy protectors like zagg because of the orange peel effect. How's the clarity on this?

I absolutely HATED the old zagg protectors. This feels much better. Super clear and doesn't get dented like the zagg ones did.

I feel pretty stupid because I just bought a zagg one today :( opened it up and it looks like this will make me lose the clarity on this amazing screen. And this 12 hour off thing...didn't know about that either! Is that the case with all wet application protectors?

Well, I'm sure if i took an LED and showered it there may be done hairline scratches, but in normal use for a cautious user I couldn't notice any.

Every singe iPhone that I have seen, with the exception of brand new out of the box, that did not have a protector, had scratches. Some small, some large. I would say I have seen over 100 iPhones in the last 4 years.

Everything has hairline micro scratches. I don't think anyone thinks that things don't scratch at all, but i mean if you have to go looking in certain light and etc. then thats crazy

Been following this thread while await delivery of my iPhone 6 plus. I nearly ordered the spigen off amazon but glad I found this forum. I have just found this from a company called iloome claiming to have full screen protection!

Lets just hope they can get it order soon

Hmmm quite interested in these, seems they're up for preorder in the US at http://www.iloome.com/iPhone-Plus-5-5-Screen-Protector/dp/B00NH5FB54 - can't find anywhere in the UK though :(

I have a Zagg InvisibleShield on mine at the moment, CPW didn't have the HDX version for the 6 Plus in stock, so I was stuck with the original.

Captain Slow, I too am in the Uk waiting for delivery from EE can't come quick enough. They have a international pre-order I have just gone ahead and ordered so hopefully its ok. Bit silly to do this with out seeing the product or reading any reviews but we shall see
