Not my best work. Inferior to my 5S application...but it'll have to do.

Spigen front, Xtremeguard back.

Apple should've gone the iPad route. Curved back and flat front.

Looks good. Is this the re-designed Glas.TR slim or the original that was pulled?

Original. They told me they'll send me the new ones but i'm ok with this version in the interim. FaceTime still works ok.

Spigen Crystal

Thoughts: Cutouts are good. Does have one for front facing camera. Obviously isn't edge to edge. On my white front 6 you could say its very close to going edge to edge on the black display part. Feels really smooth and is perfectly clear. I'm more than satisfied.

Green Onion Supply Crystal Oleophobic Screen Protector. These have always been my favorite because you don't lose the anti-fingerprint coating that Apple applies to their glass. Unfortunately this screen protector only covers the flat part of the glass, but that isn't really the manufacturer's fault. The package says "Film size reduced to prevent edge bubbles". The camera and front sensor have cutouts and overall the fitment is very precise.

Does the Xtremeguard back protector cover the sides as well, or just the back?

I'm looking for something that only covers the back.

Thanks.

Back and parts of the sides (places with buttons/slots are largely left free) and top. Bottom left free.

Didn't use any screen protectors for the 5 or 5s, but having a $900 phone made me want to prevent scratches this time around - at least for the first few months of usage

Picked up a 3 pack from Verizon for $13 and the guy even installed it for me - I've put on 100s of screen protectors, but figured let him handle it

Pretty satisfied for temporary use until something better comes along

Looks great in person and the pic with the screen on gives you an idea how it looks when in use (you don't even notice a screen protector on the phone)

Im just using a Spigen screen protector for now until my tempered glass one arrives:

(apologies for the upside down pic - photobucket has reversed it???)

As you can see, it doesn't provide edge to edge protection however, it comes close enough to the edges for me - and I'm happy with the coverage it provides!!!

Spigen Crystal screen protectors - with the improved cutouts. But the protector doesn't cover the entire display which is annoying as you see two distinctive lines when using the phone.

(ignore the factory Apple rear protector. I left it on while I installed the screen protector. :) )

On my 6 plus, i'm using the same protector but it covers edge to edge - barely but it does - of the visible display. So I don't see any lines when watching movies etc.

Hopefully they release an updated product soon.

There's a Glassshield from a company by the name of "Perfectfit Technologies."

Website (directs to the iPhone 6 page)

It's up for pre-order, but this is the product description:
PerfectFit GlassShield Ultra Tough Flexible Tempered Glass is a Nano Slim Fit and has been specially made with scratch resistant material and rounded edges for a more precise fit.

Not sure if it'll be case-friendly with the curved sides, but we never know what the final product will be.

Same problem with the Spigen. It should cover the entire LCD. Pretty poor cutout in my opinion. Should be 1-2mm wider.

Does the iloome tempered glass screen protector for the iPhone 6 work with the Apple leather case?

I'm not entirely sure personally, but I can tell you that we do have a 30 day no question asked return policy, so if you want to return it after checking the case compatibility, you can just send it right back to us within 30 days for a full refund. Even if it's used :)

Agreed. The Spigen Crystal leaves a bit of exposed LCD display on both sides when perfectly centered on my 6 Plus. Because the protector is narrower than the LCD, I can feel the rough edge of the shield when swiping in from the sides of the display.

Also, when comparing the touch sensitivity of this new Spigen Crystal to previous versions for the iPhone 4S and 5S, the older versions seem to be noticeably better at picking up softer touch inputs from my finger. I can run my finger lightly across the 6 plus protector without anything happening on-screen, but on the older phones, the same light pressure will work just fine.

Hope someone comes up with a good solution to deal with the new curved edges of the phone. Maybe I'll go with glass this time.

As promised to MacRumor folks (as to see if you guys would like it), here's some pictures of iloome ScreenMate tempered glass with CurveProtect™:

Halo screen protector

I just installed the Halo screen protector on my 6+ last night. It's the crystal clear one and the quality is good for its price. However, it's a little too short so it doesn't cover top and bottom perfectly. I wish they can correct it. Also, it doesn't come with any instructio so I messed up one.

This is just the same as the other on here what i have seen, the wight from the side is not even close to the edges, i thought this was meant to be a full screen fit? I was looking forward to seeing this screen after reading a article stating "iloome claims that its ScreenMate screen protectors are “the world’s first tempered glass screen protector that fully covers and protects the screens of iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus". DISAPPOINTED.

You do know the white border thats a tiny different shade of white going around the screen is still screen protector right? everything is covered except the bottom of the home button.

You are correct! Here's a picture of Onyx Black on the white iPhone 6.
