Mine went really really well actually. Apples website was the worst. I think its still saying "we'll be back soon". AT&T was better. But the app was by far the best. Was easy a pie. Went through very quickly and easily with the 25th delivery. Got 2 128GB, on rose gold 6s and 1 space gray 6s Plus. Good luck to all who are still trying!

Pre-ordered through the iphone app after I couldn't get through on chrome or safari.

Decided to try my luck with FIREFOX after reading all the forum woes and I'm able to log in successfully to make a pre-order EVERY time (at least for me).

Tried on AT&T site since 3:00am and am getting the following message after choosing to pay off the rest of my Next payments.

What the heck!!!! So I just decided to reserve on apple store page at my local store for 8am on 9/25 and received that confirmation. I will have to take care of my Next obligation prior to going in that day so its a smooth transaction.

I placed my order about 20 minutes ago through the Apple Store app, I did it in such a hurry that I didn't pay attention to the email address under the shipping details. I looked now and it was my old apple ID email. :mad: But I think the phone was ordered on my new apple ID. If I call tomorrow will they be able to change that email address to my new one?
 
Apple website still down for me, but I got my order in via the Apple Store app on my iPhone 5s.

What do you mean do I think we'll be able to do the program? I am signed up for said program, so I don't foresee anything going wrong. If they require a hard credit check, not just a soft, then I will go with Next or just buy out right at full retail.
 
6s 64 gig Space Grey, ordered from Verizion website. Apple website DOWN (epic FAIL, Apple). Don't have working Apple Store app on my phone because my phone is still on iOS 7.1.2.

Couldn't get one of those new plans, stuck with an "Everything More" plan @ 2GB data. Oh well.

YES! 3:08AM EST and 3:11AM EST.
Still says shipping between Oct 16 and 23. But hopefully it's sooner. I still hate this process thru AT&T. You can't update multiple lines at the same time. Which means you can't have two or more phones go thru at the same time. But, it was as fast as I could have ever done it. Usually, in doing this for an hour or so before the website WORKS. This time, it just worked. So, hoping others just stayed asleep!!!! :)

Anyone else have to text Apple's reservation system to get a code for in-store pickup?!? I followed the instructions and still haven't gotten a response back. Ridiculous.


Yes i'm having the same issue. Never got the text message. Still waiting and my time is almost up.

Now its saying this service is no longer available..
 
Verizon site process was flawless, Unable to get Apple site or app to go through this year or last. 6S Plus 64GB Space Grey ordered.
