Why in the world would a pre-installed Apple SIM be a good move for the iPhone? What's so difficult about taking the Nano-SIM you already have in your previous phone & putting it into your new phone? Having a preinstalled Apple SIM would just make those of us who are no longer in a contract with their carrier more difficult. I don't want to deal with having to spend more money to get another SIM activated when I already have a perfectly good Nano SIM I could use. Why not just continue to sell iPhones with no SIM included, for those of us who already have a SIM?

Would this pre-installed Apple SIM be easily removable?

I didn't see any suggestion that you will not be able to use a SIM you already own. With an Apple SIM, you can change carriers without having to go purchase a new SIM card from another carrier and monkeying around with tools. You could possibly switch month to month - to do that on my iPad, I have to juggle 2 SIM cards and a tool all the time. I would welcome a seamless switch of networks.

Now, all of the above could be meaningless if:
1. Apple seals the Apple SIM in without a door
2. The carriers lock the Apple SIM to their network on activation.

Samsung's Note 4 does 4K recording and it looks pretty damn awesome IMO. But still, this goes back to my original point. Samsung puts a good camera on the Note 4 and S6 and just so happens to do 4k and you get the usual Apple brigrade bashing and saying "4k is stupid, nobody needs that, another useless gimmick, the current iPhone camera is good enough, ect" Apple can come out with 4k on the next iPhone and then a lot of those same people will suddenly change their tune. It was the same with the screen resolution, screen size, and even the RAM. People just need to keep it 100. Don't say "this is feature sucks, nobody needs this" but then when Apple puts it on their flagship, all of a sudden it's the greatest thing since sliced bread. Not accusing you but I've seen that crap so many times on here and it's ridiculous. Why some have this insane need to defend Apple like Tim Cook is paying their mortgage, is beyond me.

Sorry for the late reply.

But maybe read what I said. It isn't inherently stupid, I never said that nor implied it. I was very direct. It's stupid because a company like HTC is rushing to check a box, and they did check that box. But their camera still sucks. It isn't about whether I "need" it or not, I own a 4k tv... I'd love more content for it even if it is just my son and daughter swinging or sliding down off our gym in the back yard. But to merely throw a 20 mp camera in to check that box, with no regards to how it functions for still photos... Well, that's a massive oversight and failure. HTC, with years upon years of garbage cameras, should've focused on their performance taking photos. Not videos. They, HTC, are stupid.

Apple has demonstrated an ability to provide capable cameras. But if they force a 20 mp camera in just to achieve 4k recording, and their photo quality suffers... It will have been a stupid choice.

Why is it a gimmick? Is it because Apple doesn't (yet) support it. Wouldn't it be nice, say in 12 or 18 months, when you finally get your 4k mac or 4K TV and play your videos that you've recorded in the interim and find hey - Wasn't I smart to record them all in 4K. they look great.

No one will have the Note 4 or S6 by the time 4K becomes mainstream. so your future proofing comment is out the door.
And when 4K does become mainstream, Apple will release a phone and iPad to support it.
4K today is a gimmick.

It's cool man.

But yeah Samsung's 16MP camera on the Note 4 and S6 is damn impressive. The 4k recording on the GS5 looks awesome. It's not like Samsung is just trying to put a random number next to the camera MP just to get a spec. Their cameras are actually damn impressive. I played with the GS6 today and that thing takes phenomenonal pics. Apple's 8MP camera isn't bad but to say that manufactures are just trying to up the MP just to add to the spec sheet is not fair to those manufactures like Samsung, and Sony, who's camera's can out perform the so called "leader" in Apple. So my question is if Samsung can have a 16MP camera on their phone and it actually take beautiful photos, does 1080p AND 4k as an added bonus, why can't Apple do that? Or do we have to wait until iPhone 7S so that Tim and co can act like iPhone doing 4k is the most magical thing ever and, the same people who said "4k on a phone is stupid, nobody needs that! 1080p is good enough" conviently change their tune? Apple could've easily upped the camera on the 6 and given it atleast a 12MP camera and maybe even added 4k. They could've allowed the user to switch between 720p, 1080p, and 4k, that way if you don't wanna have a huge video file...you're not forced to record in 4k. The ability to switch between video qualities is something android has had for years. It's 2015 and Apple still doesn't let the user do that. Guess they're saving that for iOS 12.

Here what I know from some fans, remember when Android such as Samsung made 4.3 inch screen, while Apple made 3.5 inch screen. I remember most fans saying there is no need for bigger phone, while other fans said there is a need, even Steve Job said there is no need for bigger phone.

Look at Iphone 6 and 6+ its bigger than 3.5.

The same is for the ram, 1 GB was enough for 32 bit IOS, such as on Iphone 5 and Iphone 5S, but Iphone 6 and 6+ uses 64 bit IOS, which is more power hungry, 1 GB ram isn't enough, it needs 2 GB ram.

Nope, iPhone 6 here. More would probably be better 1 GB of RAM is definitely enough.

Well depends really, if 1 GB ram can function phone properly then you right, but if it isn't able to keep tabs open without refreshing when going to message I can see why that be a problem.

Imagine this you looking at the internet or doing something important online, then you get a important message, but if tab can't stay without refreshing then that is a problem.

If its because of Ram, then yes more Ram is needed, if its not because of Ram then I don't know.

My point is what may have been good before won't good good nowadays.
