iPhone 6s - Dust or something under screen and call quality issues

Anyone have these issues? On the top left of my screen, I can see 2-3 dots under the glass. When you look at them from an angle, they appear white in color.

Also, is the call quality funky on this phone? I get a lot of robotic sounding interference, and overall crap quality. This happened on Verizon as well as T-Mobile (switched carriers).

This should be covered under warranty right?

Regarding bad call quality, I have the same problem on my 6s. I don't think it's faulty speaker since calls on facetime audio sounds excellent.

Ive seen so many with dust on top left corner. Even mine has it. It looks a design flaw.
