Not sure if this has been asked before or not...

What happens if you try to share a photo that was taken with Live Photos on to Facebook? Does it just share the single photo, or does it not even give you the option to share it? I know it won't share the "Live" portion yet, but I was hoping you can at least still share photos as single photos.

Also, have you been able to confirm whether the JPG and MOV are stored in one container together, or are the separate files? Just wondering because I'm hoping when importing to Lightroom, it'll just import the JPG photo and ignore the rest. I would like to leave Live Photos on all the time, but if it messes with my workflow, I may not be able to use it very often.

Can you skip a peek and go straight to a pop? Or does it have to do a peek before it does a pop? I would think if it's pressure sensitive you could do one without going to the other.

If it's anything like the Force Touch trackpad, you'll feel the peek really quickly before the pop. (In Quicktime on a Force Touch-enabled Mac, you can push the ffwd button harder to fast forward faster. If you push it harder extremely quickly you feel all 5 levels of fast forward speed consecutively, and just as quickly. It feels like pulling on a ratcheting strap or something. The Taptic Engine is great.)

EDIT: I just realized, going straight to a pop = literally just a normal tap. The "pop" gesture is for going from a peek to the regular view of that content.

I guess i'm just wondering if the force touch could be accomplished the same way as a long press on the phone? If the 3D touch is actually necessary to achieve the same thing as if they just implemented a long press menu?

The absence of OP's response to my post suggests to me that page scroll stutter issues are still present with this generation, which would be a real bummer to be quite honest!

You can share Live Photos as still photos just like before.

Absolutely no change to that.

At least for the use cases we've seen so far in Apple's stock apps. 3rd party developers may do something different with it, but we'll have to wait and see. I imagine if they try something too different they wouldn't make it to the app store.

More like having a hard time going through this thread and keeping track of who I have replied to. Someone asked something similar and I thought I answered it there.

Haven't seen any page stuttering in apps, but Safari still doesn't support full inertial scrolling so it page scrolls when you rapid flick and stops. Annoying. iPad scrolling is smooth on last gen hardware so it baffles me Apple isn't allowing this on iPhone.
