I'm in one of those pictures :)
Queuing is probably not for everyone , so be it & it's easy for people to attack , judge , question and even mock those that do .
I've been to four iPhone launches now and since the first one I felt a sense of community.
I meet a good group of friends once a year and queuing gives us a bit of time to catch up before the launch .
If that bothers people then I apologize ,

some questions I should answer :
Yes I do have a job ,
yes I work long hours ,
yes I have a family ,
yes I have a partner ,
yes I have a life thanks ! ,
yes I book a couple of days off but I work for them ,
Yes if I could think of anything else I could be doing then I'm sure someone else would complain about me doing that !

We are not all the same , some queue , some never leave their lounge , we all experience different things and derive enjoyment from them in our own personal way, there is community spirit & I have met some great people and still do , interestingly in these queues there is no discrimination whether it be race , creed , color , religion , political , or age because we are all there to enjoy the experience that brings people from all backgrounds and cultures together , some
of us are on these forums and gives us the chance to meet up .

Such is life , but people should really stop making accusations about some of us in these queues , yes there are resellers there too but a core number of genuine people are there to have a good time.

People moaning won't stop us from enjoying ourselves , my advice is for them to go and find something they enjoy doing without vilification from others and get on with having a good time

Why do you care? Someone utterly secure in themselves as a person doesn't need to defend their actions. LOL

I don't have to care or justify my reasons to anyone , I'm merely making a point that there's no reason to argue over why, just accept people for who they are & what they do that makes them happy , live & let live . :)
