iPhone 7+ 27-29 September Apple.com thread

Ordered a 128 GB 7+ in Matte Black on AT&T.......I also had trouble getting into the Apple Store app until 2:05 am CST. I chose to purchase using the Apple Upgrade Program, so it took a little longer with all the additional pages of info to input. I wanted to do an in-store pickup option, but it wasn't available at the two stores nearest me. I never observed an anticipated delivery date throughout the order process, but when I completed the purchase at 2:13 am, it had me in the 9/27-9/29 window.

I've had no movement or change on the order status of "Processing Items" or estimated delivery date.

I know its a 1st world problem, but I'm a little disappointed that this will be the first iPhone I don't get on release date (and I've purchased a new model every year).

You were probably getting it in this date range to begin with. As others have pointed out, Apple supposedly already does overnight shipping and it is highly unlikely in my opinion that Apple gave random support service workers the power to speed up anyones delivery or shipment.

Apple gives super conservative delivery estimates so when you get it a week or two early you are extra satisfied. Even the November and October delivery estimates will probably get their orders up to two weeks ahead of schedule or at the earliest part of their range. It is typically how this has happened in the past. Like people in this thread, I'm in the 27-29 window but I would expect to get it as early as next week which is the range people with "upgraded" shipping are given. I don't mean to rain on any parades but you'll still likely get it earlier than expected regardless.

I was told this pretty much same thing over chat with Apple support today. They said we all have expedited shipping and there's nothing they can do in their end to speed things up. 32gb black 7+ 27-29 window. Ordered 3:12 eastern time.

I did. I also used my telephone numbers like everyone else said to do. I also have ups my choice so it's supposed to email me/notify when I have a shipment coming to the address. No luck.

It's pretty unlikely to get the iPhone shipped without it appearing in the Support Profile (That's when the iPhone is assigned to you). So don't get your hopes high until we start seeing movements in orders status from processing to preparing.

I believe that jacbat case is a very rare one that shouldn't happen a lot.

No movement on mine. 32gb plus matte black. 3:15 am got email. As soon as I could through Apple app with Verizon as carrier purchased outright. (Don't know why they charged a 20 fee) tried all the tracking methods/support profile.

Either looking at their apple support profile or searching their phone number on ups website and track by reference number and inputting their phone number or Apple order number minus the last 2 numbers

I'm in same boat! Called for upgraded shipping, I have standard shipping and was told no.

I tricked Apple into giving me next day shipping. I had asked them to change my shipping address 2 days ago and still didn't see the updated address online. Called and told them about my problem and also mentioned how a rep "agreed" to give me next day shipping. She went ahead and updated it for me for free! Not sure if it'll make any difference though. Moved up from Oct 4 - 10 and now I have a delivery window of sept 27 - oct 1.
