This has been the longest week ever... 
Because I have to - I have an ATT Premier account (business) and I have to order through ATT and I hate it. I can't order from Apple even if I pay full price - it tells me I can't purchase...
If it's any consolation to anyone still waiting for a shipment email, my wife'a rose gold phone shipped on the 11th but she didn't get the shipping email until this morning. Meaning, it's conceivable that the jet blacks are en route and they just haven't sent the shipping emails yet. Don't lose hope!
Don't know about this picture, but in all the other reviews I definitely saw the text. But I think it's so close to the color of the phone that it goes almost unnoticed.

I ordered the same phone but nearly an hour ahead of you and got the same dates. Weird.
4 days I've been looking at this same screen. I'm about done with it.
Guys calm down in the next 12 or so hours we should have a lot more shipping emails because theres like 6-7 flights coming in full of iPhones.
Planned on ordering through Apple until I realized they only ship to billing address and it wouldn't let me change my mother's address. AT&T allowed me to change shipping address, so they won my preorder.
We need them coming into Dallas. THEN we know they are AT&T phones.

Same here. I was furious. I went into my office the next day and ordered at around 10:00 AM. My wife's Rose Gold is arriving 9/8-10/3 and my Jet Black is arriving 10/28-11/4. At least the Jet Black was not a launch model. My wife had the first Apple Watch before me, too since I ordered the Space Black. It is ridiculous that they are not ready to deliver on launch day for those that ordered proper (I got screwed because of the account, I get that) but showing all the colors and sizes and then right after you order, whoops, not every one will be available on launch day. they are really taking us for granted.
I've been doing this every year since 2009. Last year many people had dates a week or so off from launch date, and got emails at the 11th hour.... and some got it the next Monday. I'm pretty sure that most people with 9/23 - 9/30 will get their phones. Last year I ordered on the apple site, this year att because att came up quicker for me. Although I had to order 5 times due to website errors... that's why my time is so late. Another note, the first 4 tax authorizations fell off my credit card, the final one has not. Not sure if that means anything, but it's some more info.
