I just checked the status online and still had "preparing to ship." Checked 6737 and it says they are backordered. Hoping to god that's a good sign.

It is. Worked for the iPhone 6 and now my JB iPhone 7.

Update for you guys. Just got my last shipment of the day from both FedEx and UPS... Not. One. Plus. There's no store in our entire district that got a Plus. I'm actually really surprised.

We did get a bunch more 128GB in all colors except Jet Black. But wow I'm really shocked this year that we got no Pluses in. This weekend is going to be interesting.

I've tried to get in touch with my local store for hours now to no avail - they're just not answering the phone. Any recommendations?

JB 7 256 ordered 9/9 at 3:16 am EST, original dates were 10-7 to 10-14... "preparing to ship" still. I fully expect to not get my phone.. but its nice to hold out hope I suppose. Wife's 256 rose gold due to arrive tomorrow.

I am not 100% sure about the accuracy of the status though. I've checked the status through both of the online checkers and they both still say either "processing" or "preparing to ship"

Go to the store, I was trying to call my store yesterday and no answer. Went down there and they apologized said they had been busy with customers in and out for hours and were just unable to answer the phone. I am sure it is hard to deal with all the phone calls coming in about tomorrow when they have actual paying customers in the store.
