*Weird situation. I added a 7th line to my account for my brother and the order went through, but I found an email in my spam folder a few days ago from ATT saying "Action Required" for my order and that it will cancel if it is not resolved by Friday, September 16, 2016. Has anyone else had "Action Required"? I spent 2 hours on the phone yesterday and was transferred 5 times (ended up in the Econ department, which was the department I started in) and nothing has been fixed.
I also ordered: 256GB Silver iPhone 7 Plus (Best Buy), 256GB Rose Gold iPhone 7 Plus (Best Buy), 256GB Black iPhone 7 Plus (Best Buy), and 256GB Black iPhone 7 Plus (Apple)
These were all done between 3:05am ET and 3:40am ET.
No movement on a single device and I have an order that might get canceled. Now I am starting to worry just a bit.
